This was a wonderful tour and we saw so much! John is so knowledgable and answered all of our questions. We walked for 2 hours in the rain and it was so positive despite the weather. I would recommend this for sure!!

John Britton, was my guide and he was super nice but also very knowledgeable of the history of Kilkenny. I was super impressed with his knowledge. Felt like I was back in time - thank you John!! A must tour!

Great tour… John is a super guide , personable and really knowledgeable.

John Britton was an excellent guide ensuring that we not only visited the sites of interest but also got the stories behind the places and events.
John also provided good advise on how to spend the afternoon and a good restaurant for lunch. He had different ideas depending on the kind of lunch we wanted.

We joinded the tour on 05.08.2024. John showed us all interresring spots of Kilkenny, gave us insights of the history of his town and country and was able to tell us interesting stories of the past and today. We felt that this is the town he grew up and lives in. We highly recommend his tour which lasted 2 1/2 hours due to our countless questions, which he answered with historic knowledge and humor.
