This is the worst service bus I have ever experienced. You have to wait long time to get in. They don't respect passage time on the Journey. Then buses are always full, waiting time to hop in was 40mn at hbf. In short à catastrophe.

Die Fahrt und Erklärungen waren gut und witzig. Daher für einen einmaligen Fahrt zu empfehlen, auch wenn etwas überteuert. Möchte man etwas erkunden und dann wieder dazu steigen, so muss man viel Zeit und Geduld aufbringen. Stationen sind relativ schwer zu finden, der Bus fährt 1-Mal pro Stunde und hält sich nicht an den Fahrplan. In unserem Fall war eine Verspätung von 25 Minuten.
Wir würde nicht nochmal bei Hanse-Stadtrundfahrt buchen.

Da gerade Ironman Wettkampf in Hamburg war, und dadurch viele Straßen gesperrt gewesen sind, wurde uns eine alternative Route angeboten, die trotzdem viele Highlights beinhalten sollte. Die Fahrt ging dann hauptsächlich durch Wohngebiete und am Ende dann doch noch kurz durch die Speicherstadt. Dafür, das die normale Route nicht möglich war, kann der Veranstalter nichts. Und wenn die Ersatzroute dann hauptsächlich durch Wohngebiete geht, bitteschön. Aber dann bitte vorher nicht von Highlights sprechen und schon gar nicht den vollen Preis verlangen,

Es hat einfach Spaß gemacht. Die Rundfahrt erklärt einem viele "Internas" dieser Stadt.
Das tolle ist, dass man an einem Point aussteigen kann, sich die Sehenswürdigkeit anschauen und anschließend wieder mit den Bussen weiterfahren kann.

The map provided does show the route through the city, but it does not show street names. One do not know where to go to board. I walked in a general direction and found my bus parked, no one inside. After 40 min waiting in cold, rainy weather, I knew something was up. Suddenly another bus appears at the red light. I boarded and was told I’m currently on a different tour operator bus (this bus looked very much like the eventual bus). The driver told me to walk another 150 m down the street. I did and found the correct bus. Boarding was slow as many buy there tickets on the bus. When my time came to board the bus driver was bordering rude. She didn’t speak any English! Unbelievable! She didn’t recognize the TripAdvisor ticket. I showed her more documents and emails. She finally agreed. More gruffness. I was surprised the TripAdvisor webpage didn’t expressly said to bring your own earphones, so the guided tour was all in German. The actual tour was fine. I would still recommend.

I have asked for a refund. No clear instruction on which and where bus stopped. Waited over an hour and 5 rejected by bus drivers. Finally bought a fresh ticket on the next bus along. Still waiting for response from provider on money back. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!

Con el billete de un día; puedo dar una vuelta completa sin bajar del autobús y después continuar dando otra vuelta y subir y bajar cuándo quiera?
