Thank you for your negative comments maam despite of how we did and try to please you.. but we post there that it is not advisable to anyone with health issues. Some age 50 to 60 is willing to do the activity but posted not recommended with health issues since coron and el nido are far which need to ride a van and a ferry too.. but we are always with you during the tour. By the way it is not a contract or other company but you avail a shared tour maam so meaning you are with other tour operator or agency along the tour too since private tour is so expensive too.. you could request a private tour but we did not hear you complain about that to solve the issues posting here is not helping us but it will damage us and the place but we did our best to give good hotels, tours and regarding 6 foot husband we just have vans no bus going there in el nido if bus too it will be 10 hours or 8 hours travel it will be not comfortable. Everything was given and serviced with effort maam, regarding tickets in coron .. they have limited ticket and we gave you the advance booked ticket no need to print as you are already listed to travel and we have contacts direct to the ship but i will advice them to issues you paper ticket if you like. You should inform us if it was a big deal with paperless ticket coz Dennis arrange it with the office. Dennis inform you too that they will asked original copy but since the office of the ticketing did inform us to just show that copy ticket since you are listed already in advance booked. But those things you complain are all solved maam. All was done and being served as expected. Regarding hotel names and etc we cant give you direct hotel names since some traveler cancel trip instantly so when we have the guest trip on that day we provide the hotel name and resort as to lessen cost. No refund if we booked then you cancelled instantly but we have reservations already..some hotel cancel too in that day and we give new hotel name so we cant give u advance name of hotel but for sure it is in 3 star or 5 star hotel.
