Do not book this place. This place is a pure scam artist. Do not buy from this individual. These numbers 561-735-1114 who is the owner and 786-294-4842 (Emmanuel) are pure scam artists. They do not pick up their phones nor do they follow through when you book with them. Do not absolutely do not book with this company.

You can’t get in contact with the place, they were not on time and it was hard to even get our refund stay away these people are scammers and trash!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! Never again would I book this, they let you paddle on a thin board to the Jetski with NO INSTRUCTOR!! Then did not help when MULTIPLE people fell off and was panicking. Jetski ran out of gas in the middle of the ocean. I was left ALONE with 3 girls on a dock in the middle of the water while the Jetski guy was gone. DANGEROUS !!!

Not a legitimate company. Scammers ( including Emmanuel if that's even a real person!) who want to take as much of your money as they can. Don't fall for it.

Would not recommend this to anyone, worse experience ever. I got there early w my daughter as instructed, nobody was there. Terrible, disorganized. We had a 12 pm reservation for 2 on July 9th. We went to Marina yachting center and could not locate Emmanuel, nobody knew what Relentless was, just the name Emmanuel. They told me that he changes company names all the time. Finally around 1:15 pm someone showed up (Emmanuel never showed up) and took us to the little island, and that is went all hell broke loose. They told us that the 54$ that we paid for each jetski through tripadvisor is just to book as a "voucher" and that we would have to pay and extra 80$. I showed them the email that we received went we first booked that clearly shows that we paid $108 for the rental and that we only have to pay 7% taxes + gas. We called Emmanuel many times for clarification but eventually gave up since he never answered after that. So, we paid $80 + the $108 that was the already paid for. After we were done riding our hour on the jet skis, they told us that we would have to pay an additional $80 or they would not take us back to the pier. They LEFT US WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR at the island and would not bring us back to the pier unless we pay an additional $80 on top of the $188 we had already paid, Needless to say we had to paid. They don’t have an office and they don’t pick up phone calls. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Terrible, disorganized. We had a 2 pm reservation for 3 on July 4th. We went to Sea Isles Marina and could not locate Emmanuel. He never returned our call. Marina was crowded with nobody wearing masks in the most infectious city on earth. Nobody knew who Rentless was or who Emmanuel was. We called Emmanuel twice and gave up. Needless to say, Relentless took our $90 and no Jet Ski rental.

Got there early as instructed, nobody was there. They don’t have an office and they don’t pick up phone calls. Had to get a refund because they never showed up. If you don’t want to waste your time DO NOT book with this business. I actually thought I got scammed because of how unresponsive these people are.

Im terribly sorry to hear about your experience and of course would offer you a full refund if you haven't been refunded already. There are days that are extremely busy and we do the best that we can to get to everyone in a timely manner. Some of our marinas are very large and can also be confusing to people if the directions in the confirmation email are not followed. I'm not sure what happened with your reservation that you were unable to contact us or find us on site, but we invite you to come back and try us again and we will give you a 20% discount on our services in exchange for a better review. Call, text or email anytime. Available 7 days a week, 10am-Dark. Thanks.

So it is 100$ total for one person? I’m confused.
We paid just slightly over that for each Jetski for the hour. Which certainly reasonable for the area and experience. Hope this helps
