This is an exceptional restaurant with a top quality menu which is competitively priced and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The ambience of the restaurant is excellent and we moved into the bar after our meal and similarly the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. I will certainly be going back in the near future.

This is an excellent seaside restaurant,the food is always delicious and of top quality. There’s a great range on the menu to choose from. The trio of fish is always a favourite of mine. The fish pie is also amazing, and comes as a huge portion so a good option if the sea air has given you a big appetite! Also must mention the chicken wings- the best in Ireland! We are regular visitors and have never had a complaint about The Spinaker, the staff go out if their way to be helpful, friendly and fun.

Lovely fish dinner, company, cold Ciders and hot Irish coffee in front of a warm coal stove. Love all the sport paraphernalia that the owner Nile has collected. Awesome wait staff and a special shout out to the bartender Jess. We will definitely be back!

Food was excellent. Waitress was very nice and friendly.we were a family of 5 Adults . We had to leave our coats on because it was so cold .

Visited the Spinnaker over the Christmas break & NYE, the food was amazing, Sarah and all the bar staff were so friendly & made us feel so welcome on both visits. We are looking at coming back in the summer already, great place, music, atmosphere & great craic.

Thank you Niall and Team Spinnaker. Just had another lovely evening in the Spinnaker Restaurant. Fantastic value for money menu with superb portion sizes. A wonderful welcome that is received and shown on every visit. The warmth of the staff makes it a special place. Great to see it buzzing and full of atmosphere. It’s great to support local businesses. Thanks one and all.

This has always been one of my favourite restaurants in Waterford and I always have fish. On this occasion, I had the monkfish which was absolutely delicious, my friend had the prawns and loved them. We had a couple of desserts too, all lovely. We had a great waitress (Jennifer) who was so attentive to us and good humoured. Thank you.

Our annual visit to The Spinnaker in Dunmore was amazing as ever. The Spinnaker look after a large group of us from Thursday through to Sunday. We eat, drink and socialise there all weekend in between attending the horse racing. The staff are fab & friendly with many familiar faces (Sarah) , the food is amazing as always and the drinks certainly flow! Fabulous as always. Already looking forward to 2023 🥂x

This is a great place to have a bite to eat! I have visited here many times and they have never disappointed! There is always such a great atmosphere here and the staff are always so lovely and accommodating! The half portion of the Thai green curry with half rice half chips is the best thing you will ever put in your mouth! The pizza is also great especially the meat feast! They also provide a great kids menu! This is one of the best restaurants in Waterford and I will definitely be going back there again! Highly recommend to everyone person on earth! Best restaurant ever!
