Seems to be closed more than it's open. Seems to be no staff and apparently if you do work there don't expect to get paid as current staff member has not been paid and previous staff have not been paid either. The best thing about this bar is the customers but with no regular opening hours they seem to be going elsewhere.
All a shame as previous manager who was there for 4 years was very good and professional,

Went in for quick drink as but was ignored by women name Debbie who was to busy chatting on her mobile. Waited for a while and looked around realised place was empty! Then left pub five minutes later as she still outside on mobile chatting away.
Well if this place carries on like that!, it no wonder why it not busy as it use to be

Just used for one night, whilst in the area on business. Ok but room was quite small (would be a squeeze for two) Bit dated and in need of some TLC. Fan in bathroom was very noisy, shower dripped (had to put a towel into the tray area to soak up the sound), no shelf in the small cubicle, so juggling with shampoo, body wash, etc, no back to the wardrobe, very dusty inside with 3 odd plastic coat hangers scattered on the inside floor, dressing table chair was ready for the skip, whole building is in need of some love, really. The stairs, to the rooms, is around the back of the property and they haven't seen a brush/clean in many a month, dirt and fag butts all up them. And the main door into the block was left wide open, the 3 times I went through it (it's lockable, you all get a key with your room key but no one seemed to bother)
There was a kettle with coffee, tea, biscuits, etc. Bed was comfy and linen/towels were clean. TV worked fine. Napoleon's manager was pleasant enough but was just going through the motions really. He knew the score, I reckon..lol..
Put it like this, I've stopped at much better places for a lot less than the £65 they charge.
Would I go back? What'd you think..

Very basic room but really warm welcome, room clean and great value for area. Probably wouldn’t want to have a long stay there but suited us well for the purpose of our visit

We visited today for lunch and were served good hot food by friendly staff. The boss man Simon even took time out of his busy day to come and chat with us. All in it is a lovely place to go for something to eat and a drink. We will be back.

We heard they were selling breakfast so thourght we would try couldn't fault it was worth the money very clean and fast service a full English we waited 5-10 mins max for 3 of us couldn't complain served hot, well cooked and fresh.
Well worth the money and staff friendly would defiantly go bk can't fault it !!

This is something a bit different. you can have a great breakfast here, A pint or other drink and also even get a cup of coffee, Sit in or Sit out side on the tables provided on a nice day.

Very dark inside,no real food,entertainment weekends,drinks average,staff not very helpful.Position off the main road,car park nearby.
