This night spot was the highlight of our Dublin-Kilkenny cycle holiday! They treated us to a feast with live music and really didn't seem to be bothered that we were still in our cycling shorts and camping illegally at the top of the hill not so far up from the Garda, really. Be sure to start in John Dalton (they were really cool about storing the bikes) head to the Derreen for some local whisky and across to JJ's with their incredible 50s American theme! If you enjoyed Chinese takeout curry chips during the evening, youll want to know that the Top opens at 7:30am even on Sunday. Enjoyed everything Tullow offerred...though well have to come back during the Ploughing!

Excellent food and service. Staff are really nice and helpful can't do enough to help. Place was packed and the staff showed great they had everything in hand. Well done and thank you really enjoyed the food and how it was presented.

What breakfast.... no menu....no board....choice of 3 items...
Downhill isnt the word....kip would be too good an analohy. Nobody in restaurant there at 10.15 says all....

Avoid at all costs went here for a meal at about 8pm thinking food would be ok as open for food till 10pm, the place is filthy the floors no excuse about 4 staff floating around an cudnt clean the floor side plates came with cutlery on them were dirty cutlery was dirty an the food a disgrace over cooked reheated an the
prices being charged, bacon served with wedges an vegetables you cudnt even bite, I would of got up an left only my husband is to quite, I wouldn't recommend this place for food to anyone

Wir waren zum Abendessen in diesem Pub. Der vegetarische Burger und die Chicken Wings waren gut. An den Flachbildfernseher lief Hurling. Auf ein paar Bier und was zu essen durchaus empfehlenswert.

I am in this restaurant/bar for lunch on average once a week and I love it. John the proprietor and all of his staff are so professional and welcoming. There is always a fire lit which provides a very homely atmosphere and the lunch offering is varied and good value for the quality and quantity provided. On top of this, the lunch food is itself very tasty and served very efficiently to allow plenty of time to return to the office within the hour.

It appears that you were incorrectly charged.
Roast of the day €13.95 max if in Evening. Pint of milk €1.95, so your total should of been€15.90.
I'm sorry you were overcharged, If you drop in anytime we will refund you.
Would you be able to let me know when you were in so as I can go back over till to find what the mistake was

Came here for dinner after my car broke down. (An injector gone.) It's a really nice clean pub the waitress Holly was so friendly and kind she couldn't do enough for you. We ordered food I got the chicken curry half and half and the wife got lagzana with chips. We didn't have to wait to long. When the food arrived my good it looked as good as it tasted. A nice sized portion. I would highly recommend it to anyone. As for Holly she's a keeper and she deserves a pay rise best waitress I've ever had .
