The pictures really do not do it justice. The queens bath feels like it's on another planet. The rock formations are amazing, make sure to wear some thick soled shoe's because they are also super sharp. When we went we sat up on the edge looking down and the view was breathtaking. The spray from the surface was shooting up and I got drench! The glass window bridge is just down the way, we actually drove over it a couple of times trying to find the entrance to queens bath.

The most important thing about visiting this location is to wear proper shoes. The rocks going down to the Queen's Baths are filled with razor sharp rocks that you must navigate. Be sure to check out when low tide is to enjoy it most and even go for a quick swim. There are, however, sea urchins so be sure to watch for that.

Going at low tide will allow you to go back and look at the cave at the back of the cove and not feel in danger of being washed out to sea by a large wave.

We found a parking area just to the north of the Queen's Baths on the same side of the street and walked along the side of the road to the opening with the sign. Easy to find!

A beautiful spot! The Glass Bridge and rugged terrain are great to explore. The weather was fair and the oceans were rough that day. We were not able to go to the Queens Bath.

This is a pretty area, all the rocks reminded us of what the moon would look like. Wear decent shoes or sandals and watch yourself; it would be very easy to twist an ankle here.

Beautiful lava rock formations sculpted by the ocean. Although can't sit in the baths due to hundreds of urchins, still work the walk to see. Pine forest surrounding also very cool and surprising. Once at the baths turn left and an inviting cave is a great place to cool off.

Queen's Bath and Hot Tubs is accessed via a short but difficult dirt road. Footing is sharp coral in many places. Water temps in the hot tubs is very warm. Bath itself is a wave-swept inlet. Can be dramatic. Best viewed at high tide.

Spectacular! It was a rather windy day when we visited, and the waves crushing on the rocks created a very spectacular effect.

Take the time and spend at least 30 minutes here. In addition to the baths themselves, just sitting and taking in the view of the Atlantic is worth it. Wear stout, good gripping water shoes.!

Arrive early, limited parking and it’s residential so you can’t park on their foot path. We were lucky and snagged a park. The trail has big gates closed and lots of signage informing you the trail is closed. But, there is a sneaky break a bit further up, so if you can take responsibility for your own actions, take that path.
Seriously though wear shoes, flip flops are not really the footwear you want to be wearing down the trail or on the lava rocks.
Trail is steep, wet, slippery but is easily traversed if you take the time and watch your footing closely. Use the many roots and trees as hand holds.
The reward when you get there is worth it. The power of the ocean certainly demands respect. Unless it’s a super calm day with no surf, I wouldn’t recommend swimming. It’s extremely dangerous.
Don’t mistake the first pool below the little waterfall as the Queens bath, walk further north, then you will see it. Truly hypnotic watching this.
Be careful and don’t get close, despite the calm sunny day, medium waves and perfect conditions, so many unexpected rogue waves crashed and swamped the edges and even further back.
Take responsibility for your own actions, respect the ocean. But enjoy the magnificent coast line.

We enjoyed the Queens Bath, but it was a bit crowded and the water wasn't exactly warm at all. Still, the rock features are very cool and worth the visit!!! I imagine the time of year and the level of the tide can influence this experience. We went at low tide in the late morning around Christmas. I think ideally it would be just before or after low tide in the afternoon. I recommend sand shoes or better yet, sandals. The rocks are sharp!!!
