Myself and my friend visited Solas Croi Spa last Friday and had one of their November special treatments. We went early for one hour in the thermal suite before our treatment, which included a dip in the outdoor pool - fabulous!! Two really lovely girls, Sarah & Brea, did our treatments and they were absolutely fabulous. We had such a really lovely day - and so reasonably priced. Thank you girls.

I have always thought very highly of this facility being my favourite spa, however in the last number of visits to the Spa I have encountered a change to facilities on each visit . I used to be able to enjoy longer than an hour in the facility prior to a treatment, for example one and half hours , it was changed to a strict hour maximum , anything over that I was informed would be at a cost. Recently I booked two treatments for the same day and asked if I could have 2 hours in the Thermal Suite, I was told that I could only have the standard 1 hour. There used to be a facility to have coffee while relaxing in the Bistro this was removed. There was a change to the Menu available in the Bistro. There used to be shower samples available in the changing rooms they have been removed. On the most recent visit , I discovered there was no footwear in the Locker along with the usual towel and robe. When I enquired as to why the usual slippers were not in the locker, I was told that I could buy flip flops for Eur5 . In my experience of going to Spa's I have never encountered this, now the Spa have stopped supplying slippers/footwear and the customer is expected to bring their own footwear. I was not made aware of the new rule at the time of booking the treatment. Also my latest treatment was 5 - 10 mins short. I felt that the lack of footwear was last straw. I am disappointed at some of these changes. I am not sure when I will be back !

What an experience. The Croi Spa is the best kept secret. The full body sweedish massage was amazing. The Thermal suite was perfect and not busy. The website doesn’t do justice to this spa.

I have just come back from a very relaxing day at this Spa. It was such a wonderful experience and good value for money. The therapists were so lovely and the treatments were very enjoyable. The thermal suite was lovely for relaxing and a beautiful lunch too. I had requested a small birthday plate for my friend and there was no hesitation. I would highly recommend Solas Croi and look forward to going back. Thank you for a lovely day, we are feeling very rejuvenated.

Was a bit disappointed by the thermal suite, it's quite small and there is no relaxation room, however the treatment itself was absolutely fantastic. I had a massage and a facial and would highly recommend Brea as a therapist.

Use the time that it states that treatment is .
I got the Lucky Legs treatment for pregnancy. The treatment it itself was lovely and the therapist was a lovely person. However the treatment was supposed to be 40 mins , however I was 25 mins in the room. They had me waiting 5 mins which was perfectly fine however the treatment then finished 25 mins in. By the time I was walked to the waiting area to paying was 35 mins in total, treatment itself was exactly 25 mins and not 40 mins
I do not think this was right. When I asked when I was paying how long it was the receptionist said 40 mins , however is was 35 mins later that I was back dressed, downstairs and had paid ,walking out the door.
The treatment itself was lovely and well done and the therapist was lovely .

I had the most wonderful treatment with Megan at the solas croi Spa yesterday. I just had to leave a review to recommend this beautiful place. Megan is a fabulous therapist and I would definitely return here again.

Had the best time at the Solas spa! I had a cellulite body wrap which I thought would just be a body wrap. It turns out it was a wrap, massage and facial as one treatment which was an amazing surprise! My skin felt incredible afterward and I was so relaxed.
The ladies working in the salon were so friendly and welcoming they made the whole experience from start to finish so enjoyable.
I also spent two hours in the spa facilities beforehand and they were incredible too. Already cant wait to go back!

I would just like to thank the girls in the spa for such an amazing time.. I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant had the pregnancy massage done and also added some more treatments on I could not off been treated any better the staff where amazing.. honestly best spa day I have ever had myself and my partner will definitely be back.

Upsold us an unnecessary package, under false pretenses - on the phone. Then in person, same woman (blonde) was rude to the point of bizarrely so - worst customer service I've experienced in Ireland. We complained to the hotel in person, politely. They were nice about it and said they'd be in touch with a complimentary massage or some such. Never heard from them again. Would not return.
