I was going to the Vital Spa on Sunday with some rehab patients. Due to mobility restrictions of all rehabilitation patients, we could unfortunately not go swimming in the thermal bath. Since it went further right after the changing area with stairs. We depend on aids (wheelchair, rollator). And the one hour you get with the guest card extra for the entrance fee was not usable.
Is really sad that people with disabilities are still marginalized!!!
Therme is not recommended for us!

Great spa. For 14 Euro admission you get 3 hours much. Every hour there is water aerobics with trained staff. The outdoor pool is fantastic with different massage jets. The thermal water is great for body and mind.
There is a steam bath and sauna. Also a great experience in winter. Take food and drinks with you, there is no restaurant.

We had a wonderful time on this visit to Palace Thermal!
All guys on sauna team were
doing a great job,but especially we enjoyed experience with sauna master Muller- it was so calm and relaxing!!!
Definitely be back as soon as we can!!!

we had a great time because the park is superb and the staff were very welcoming. However, the thermal baths only have two pools and few water jets.

Wunderschöne, gewachsene Therme mit historischem Flair im Jugendstil.
Die Therme besteht aus mehreren Etagen. Historisch im Erdgeschoss, 70er Jahre im Mittelbereich und Panoramabereich mit Saunen auf der Dachebene. Insgesamt ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Bädern und Saunen. Etwas verwinkelt, aber gut aufgeteilt. Gastronomieangebot befriedigend, aber nicht überragend. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter gut. Preise ambitioniert, aber wegen dem einzigartigen Flair noch angemessen.

Hier stimmt leider gar nichts, außer dass der Eintritt günstig ist. Die Bäder sind sehr altmodisch, aus der Dusche kommt kaum Wasser und die Sauna hat keinen Aussenbereich

Cold water, closed facilities without sufficient notification in advance and terrible customer service!
Complained to the manager and he was terribly impolite and rude.
We paid 21 € for something you can get at any other public pool for 6€. Save yourself some money and go for a dip in the river in the middle of the town!

Surprenant une piscine avec une eau thermale a trente six ou trente huit degrés le matin agréable mais l après midi en pleine chaleur personnellement je ne ai pas aime fréquentation moyenne il y a de la place sur les transat

The Vital Therme has a nice, if slightly aged, outdoor pool with massage jets and so on, and a shallow indoor pool which hosts water aerobics every few hours. However the sauna area is nude only (it doesn't say so *anywhere* on the web site, and even says that children are welcome). That was very annoying, as this place is specifically recommended for those wanting to avoid the pervy nudist Palais Thermal across the road.

Hello,
We are planning on visiting this area in July of this year. We saw that there is the possibility of nudity at the thermal spa. Is it true that some parts are nude and some are not? WE have two daughters who would be uncomfortable in nudity.
