80$ inklusive Transfer

We had an incredible experience visiting the Zambezi Elephant Trails. Taking an hour ride on Marula with a trainer was so much fun. The elephants are friendly, calm, interesting animals. The group consists of orphaned elephants and a couple of youngsters who were born at the camp. Marula wanted to stay walking in the water and took convincing to return to the rest of the group. Feeding the elephants afterward just added more fun to the experience. They told of one of the elephants who actually ran away for about 10 months. They were unable to find him when searching. But 10 months later the giant returned and has stayed ever since. Loved it!

If you love riding, you will find it enjoyable. Animal may or may not show themselves (in our case they did not). During the summer months it is a hot ride.

Thought I'd go for a morning ride - thought it would be like pony ride but was surprised at were we went. It was interesting going through the bush and the river. Saw lots of bird life. Excellent morning out

Lovely team and a very nice ride along the Zambezi! The experienced rider gets the chance to canter on the open road adn let those horses go! A fantastic ride! Horses are in good condition and the staff takes the rider's experience into account!

Beautiful, well trained and very well looked after horses.
Gorgeous setting, we arrived at 7am and rode from the stables back to Waterberry Lodge along the Zambezi and through the bush. Gail (the owner) was lovely and made sure the entire group were all briefed and comfortable before we headed off. Hat's were provided. During the ride our guide was very friendly and informative, advising us on the local area, trees etc - we all felt in very safe hands. We saw an adder as well as a huge family of elephants as the sun rose - it really was special. Our group had very mixed horse riding experience and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it regardless of their ability. An amazing experience and I would highly recommend to anyone who has an extra day in the Livingstone area.
