It was a really nice place! Everyone was lovely. The food at the café was delicious,as were the apples. There were a lot of animals and me and my siblings loved them.

It was so much fun! The apples were very tasty and seeing the animals was so much fun. My little sister loved them!

We had a lovely day here today at the Halloween Pumpking Picking. It was well worth the Family Ticket Price (2+2) of €22 and we all had a great time. I would definitely recommend and go again.

Our October - Halloween tradition every year is discovered new places , with restrictions this year it has to be somewhere outdoor, research done and we have decided on the day out to co.Wexford to the Ballycross Apple Farm. We weren't disappointed, night before i made a lemon cake and we took a flask with coffe as well ( im not restaurant eater rather my own food) there is a restaurant and coffee available no the farm so dont worry you dont have to make anything just bring your wellies as it is muggy, get your money and discover Pumpkin patches, witches village, absolutely 💯 lovely outdoor activities for all age , definitely recommended and we will come back next year . There is lots of activities, 🚜 ride and animals to be fed .... just enjoy !

Although we went to buy some apples, we also dropped in to the cafe and shop for some retail therapy. A great place to bring the children too, with lots of activities for them.

We went to Ballycross all the way from Dublin because I'm originally from the USA and needed a pumpkin patch fix. It was everything a pumpkin patch should be! Full of young energy and families. We had hotdogs & hamburgers, which took some time but were nice. We got a HUGE pumpkin and can't wait to carve it for Halloween.
We're both in our mid-20s with no children, but still had a lovely day out.
We got there at noon and there was a bit of a wait to get in, but as we were leaving (around 15:45) the line for the carpark was MILES long!!

Well, my youngest son asked would I bring him to a pumpkin farm so he could pick his own pumpkin for Halloween . So off we set on the 30 minute drive to Ballycross Apple farm.
We arrived at the entrance at 14:30
We reached the carpark ,500 meters from the entrance 45 minutes later!!!
When we finally got into the carpark there was one person directing traffic - he tried his best but was getting nowhere
It was more like a game of " who dares wins"
While trying to get parked we noticed a queue of about 200 people at the gate into the farm
It was at this point my 9 year old son asked could we leave- he felt it all just looked like too much hassle just for a pumpkin. So we left- getting out was an experience in itself
So can't tell you anything about Ballycross Apple Farm except there's no way it's good enough for that much hassle .

We went to Ballycross Apple Farm early on Saturday morning. It opens at 12pm and it’s very reasonably priced in at €11 for two adults and a young child.
There is loads to do including seeing a wide range of animals from Horses to Pigs to Goats etc.
My little boy loved going on the tractors and loved the little shed to play in to which is a great idea. Also the lemonade you can buy to take away is beautiful. Will definitely return again to Ballycross

Lovely to get fresh produce and set in a lovely surroundings.There is an admission charge but you will not be disappointed as the emphasis is on quality.Forget the rubbish you may have bought in supermarkets as this place produces really quality produce.

I know it's not the right time of year for this outing but the actual things that are there to do, are severely lacking and everything costs extra
