Went here with friends to see a movie. The theatre is getting old snd in need of a face lift but otherwise it has a great location and lots of movies to choose between and a nice snack bar.

It would have been nice place to view a movie except for the non-caring imbeciles in the ticket cage. Completely uncaring with a total give a damn attitude.
We went to watch the movie Gosnell tonight and I asked for the Closed Caption equipment to which the teller got around to giving me after ten minutes of struggling with the equipment. Once the movie started, that set up didn’t work. Ran back to the office for a replacement setup, and that pair didn’t work. So I watched the movie with little knowledge of what was belting said because I can’t hear.
When the movie was over I took the equipment back and told them it didn’t work. I then asked how was it setup? What theater was the equipment assigned to work in? Neither one of the two women could tell me how it was to be setup for theater #10, the theater we were in. Even the lady who gave me the equipment initially didn’t know which theater it was assigned to and that is totally unsatisfactory.
Regal, train your people better or fire them. That’s nuts.

The seats are crap. The seats are the worst. Theater is old. The speakers loud and the temperature inside is either to hot or too cold. Snack bar is set up so that nobody knows what line is what. Hey go to the San jacinto one. It's old but the seats r comfortable

Seats are very uncomfortable. If u have to go to show. Go to the other regal San Jacinto. There seats lean back and 100 percent better.

This place did not live up to expectations, mainly because the matinee pricing should be much more competitive given the condition of this place. It was one of the most expensive matinees within a 20 mile radius at $9.50@. There was also some distracting crud on the lower portion of the screen that appeared to be due to dirty projection equipment.

Stopped in to watch a movie during our summer vacation. Theater is older, but clean and not crowded. I would watch another movie here.

This is an old movie theater. The staff is friendly. But the place does need to renew the interior in the lobby area - and snackbar area. Hard to say in the theaters - too dark to tell.

Normal prices, if you don't have a 'Regal Reward card' you should get one you earn points on tickets and everything that you buy. They do check bags and purses as you come in looking for weapons. They searched my wife's purse and didn't care that she had candy in it. Nice and clean seats and floor in the actual theatre.
