The olive oil is the best, but adding to the experience is the beautiful ride down a winding road in a secluded wine country area.

The olive oil we purchased was not the same as what we sampled.
The sampled oil was very good.
The bottle we purchased was extremely bitter.
What a disappointment.
Both were Cucina.

Three of us visited the ranch for a tasting in October. The experience was wonderful. We tried more than 20 olive oils and vinegars. We also tried olive and tapenade. We weren't rushed through the experience nor denied anything we wanted to taste. I highly recommend trying this experience.

We visited Pasolivo on the recommendation of a friend. So glad we did! We had an appointment for a tasting prior to visiting a couple wineries later in the day. I would recommend doing this. Our hostess provided us with bread and several oils and vinegars as well as spices they produce on the premises. Everything was fresh, tasty and wonderful. Our hostess was very knowledgeable about how to use the various flavored oils and vinegars. We also tried their honey and it was delicious. We shipped a bunch of stuff home and headed to our next stops. We highly recommend this Tasting Room.

Nestled in the hills. Offers an extensive olive oil tasting with great service. Sat outdoors to enjoy the sunshine and soak in the oils, vinegars, and spices. Need at least 90 min to enjoy.

We made an impromptu stop at Pasolivo while on a wine-tasting tour, and were so glad we did. Pasolivo Ranch and Tasting Room truly are a hidden gem. Lovely setting, knowledgeable staff, and outstanding olive oil. Only wish we'd had more time!

We did the olive oil and vinegar tasting here. It was the best one I have ever done. Most places I have been will give you a sample to drink. Here they give you plates of oil and vinegar and spices with bread so you can try it all and then try it all again! The atmosphere is relaxing and it's a very fun experience. There products are very good as well and a cute little shop with everything they serve and olive wood bowls, serving spoons, etc.

We were driving in the country side and stopped in at this place to buy some olive oil. They had a good selection and the products were very good. The folks were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our visit.

This is a great place for a funn and tasty break during a day of wine tasting. You will be given samples of the various olive oils to mix with the various herbs like Tuscan Blend. It is surprising all the different ways to dip your bread. A stop you do not want to miss.

A lovely visit! We stopped on our way out of Paso Robles headed back to the PCH. If it weren't on our way I am not sure if I would go out of my way, but the visit exceeded our expectations. We tried lots of olive oils, spices, and balsamic vinegars. It was served with bread and was delicious! Affordable tasting.
