After traveling almost an entire day, the last thing you want to do is get up early to go get fitted for rental skis the next morning. Ski Butler comes to your room on the day/night of your arrival, brings the equipment and fits you properly so that the next morning you can get right out onto the slopes. The cost is very fair but the convenience is priceless. We will never ever use any other service for renting and hope that Michael can come back to fit us again next year. I highly recommend using ski Butler. Kim 5.0

Worth every penny. Arrived on time with a smile. Came the first morning to deliver me boots when mine crapped out (I had rented only skis). Provided multiple boot options and found the right fit. Pick-up also smooth with excellent communication. No-brainer repeat customer here.

The skis we received and the snow board as well were in poor shape with VERY dull edges. Service was good but quality and maintenance of the equipment will have me looking elsewhere in the future.

Thank you so much for this review! It is reviews like this that are very helpful for coaching our team in areas we can improve upon. If you are ever unhappy with your equipment we do offer a free switch out service where we will meet you at the base of the mountain and swap your board out to something with sharper edges, sometimes our techs forget to explain that upon delivery.
We hope to see you again at any of our other shops.

After countless hours waiting in a ski shops for previous family ski trips I finally went with a delivery option. All the stress, forms, crying kids, and bumbling skis to the car is a thing of the past! Jonah fit everyone with boots and then we were done. He worked his magic in the van, adjusting all our skis and labeling every piece of equipment all while the kids ran around the house and played. After about an hour all the equipment was stacked neatly in the garage, and after a quick sign of a form he was off. Painless! When my son’s boot broke Luke met me right by ski school for a quick swap out. Danielle, the manager, was also great to work with. Highly highly recommended.

Very flexible and convenient. They met us in the lobby of our lodge to fit us. No dragging equipment all over town. They were also flexible on when to meet us as we were running late from our commute to town. Will use again!

If you enjoy personalized service and attention, then Ski Butlers will resonant with you. This is the third time we have relied on them for our ski equipment rental needs in Telluride, Colorado, and we’ve never been disappointed. As implied by the name (i.e. Butlers) their focus is to serve customers and cater to their needs. They deliver and pick-up equipment at your convenience. The personalized service begins the moment you call them. If a first-time user, based on the information you provide relating to sizes and experience, their expert fitters can accurately assess fit and best rental package for each individual. If a repeat-user, they will verify any changes from the information in their files and go from there. Based on our experience, fittings have always been exact, and their delivery and pick-up, prompt. Just in case, however, the fitters carry extra equipment with them when making deliveries, if needed. Finally, we always found the fitters to be professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable of every detail pertaining to ski equipment, sizing and performance. We’d recommend anyone to consider Ski Butlers for all their ski equipment rental needs.

The initial reservation process was good. The scheduled delivery was great, on time and the person was friendly. We were told we could ask for different equipment during our visit if there was an issue or just to try something new. I called twice and finally received a call back. Finally someone returned my call and I explained what our needs were.The person on the phone said he would call me back later that day to schedule a delivery of the new equipment. We are back from our vacation and still waiting for the call. Next visit to Telluride we will rent from a different place in town. Plenty of other choices.

Love Ski Butlers! On time for drop off at our Telluride condo, Super helpful with selecting rental equipment, and makes changes to your order/drop off/pickup without any problem at all. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed having the Ski Butler guys come to our condo in Telluride, they came later than originally schedule due to our eating out lasting longer than expected. They promptly returned the next day to pick up the two who decided skiing was not for them. We used the performance skis and boots and had no issues with everything we rented. We were a party of 14; they had us fitted in about an hour. Would use them again.

We have used Ski Butlers in several locations, including here in Telluride, before, with nothing less than stellar results. This time, unfortunately, was less so. The delivery was, as usual, right on time and the guys were helpful and courteous. But they left us with a defective retractable pole for my daughter that they clearly did not check before they brought it. We ended up having them bring a new one at the last minute the next morning at the Ski Valet when we realized it was defective. While they brought the new one immediately, it also was defective! This again was not checked by Ski Butlers ahead of time, and resulted in my daughter having to borrow one from the ski school by the lift, since waiting on yet another pole would have resulted in her being late for her lesson. They clearly need to spend time checking their equipment, and training their guys to make sure it all works before leaving it.

Thank you for your feedback Sara, we took note of this issue you've brought up and have discontinued the primary use of these poles. Thanks again for letting us know, we have also used this teaching moment to check all equipment upon pickup from guests and prior to packing. Thanks again for the feedback and helping us make guests experiences better.
