The park isn't huge but the slides are pretty good.
Each slide effectively has two lines: One just to get a tube, and then another to go on the slide! But, you can rent a tube for the day. It's well worth the money since it means you can skip that first half of the line. They sell out of rentals though, so you have to get there early to get a reservation.
Overall would recommend if you're local looking to do a day trip to a small but fun water park!

Really good place and very family friendly. I think that there should have been covers for lines in the summer. Good for kids and there is something for everyone from the wave pool to the devils peak. There should be more accessibility thing like fast pass

Came for a birthday party. Kids had fun. I however just couldn’t. Dirty water, over crowded, bandaids and clumps of hair floating in water, long lines. So dirty. I seriously couldn’t wait to get home and scrub myself and my kid.

Went on a weekday, got there right when it opened. 45 minutes in line for slides. We had little ones with us so the kiddie pools/splash pads were ok except for 100 whistle nazis kids that work there. The little ones had to wear life vest or life preservers at ALL times even in the splash pad. Regardless on how you feel about that I think it’s ridiculous. The day cost us over 200.00.So overall we won’t be going back. My town has a free splash pad in a state forest that I feel we would have had a better time and it would have been FREE.

I did everything wrong on this 95 degree day:
1. didn't buy tickets online several days in advance, oops, you're supposed to do that at least a week ahead of time. Related to this, I didn't buy a Cabana ahead of time either and those were sold out. We did manage to find some empty chaises and benches with shade, thank goodness.
2. TRIED to arrive at 9:30 (1/2 hour before opening) but ended up there at 10:15, so I think we were in line to enter the park for the longest out of everyone there that day (around 35 minutes which feels horrible in the hot blazing sun)
3. Brought towels?? I don't think I'll bring them next time if it's over 80 degrees. Just heavy and took up lots of space
4. forgot to bring seltzer. They don't have any seltzer, just sugary drinks. The lines were pretty long for fried food, ice cream, etc, but the prices weren't terrible.
I took my 4 kids and 2 friends (ages 6 to 16) and we still had a great time. No, I guess it's not a shiny new park but it was all functional and the youngsters running the rides and lifeguarding did a decent job. The young people serving food, giving out tubes, lockers, emptying trash, etc, all were super pleasant too. The little splash parks were fun too. Even my 11 year old son enjoyed that area. It was crowded but the clientele was mostly families and had good manners (parents really made sure kids took turns, etc).
I would love to go back EXCEPT Bournedale Road which is an extremely narrow 3 mile road which I can't believe it's 2-way that you have to take to get to Water Wizz. Pretty treacherous. There's even a sign that says something like "Antique Road, caution"!!!

My family, and my friends went here for a day. We had a lot of fun went on all the rides multiple times, but when I went down a ride once at the bottom, I looked at the water and the water looked a little brown. Other than that it was really great. There were high trill rides which are personally my favorite, and also relaxing areas. They also have kiddy areas too. Overall it was a great place. I would definitely come back.

What started out on the wrong foot was professionally and pleasantly handled by Sherry at the park. I am not sure if she's the manager, co-owner or another title but she's a peach. She went out of her way to help us and I am thankful. Due to Sherry, I would definitely return to the park. My son and his friend had a great time. It's a family-owned business that cares about its customers and I am happy to support it. Just don't talk to the cranky, older parking lot attendant. He's mean for no good reason. :(

Yes, it's expensive. Yes, you will wait in line. It's a water park. But it's a great place to stop on your way to the Cape. There are tons of different waterslides, a lazy river, and plenty of lounger chairs to sit back and enjoy the sun. The fact that you can bring food in is a HUGE plus. You're almost at the bridge, so if you can't check in to your Cape Cod lodging until the afternoon, you can have a really fun day with the kids at this park and then continue on to your destination.

Yes, it looked like some parts of Grown Ups Movie was filmed there but with my girlfriend and I traveling from Maryland, I was expecting more with it being my first and probably only visit. There wasn’t much to do and it looks run down. It was definitely something I wanted to try and now I know what it was like.

What started out as a great day quickly turned sour. While this is no reflection on the kind people that work at the park, I feel compelled to warn the general population that it isn’t safe to leave name brand footwear, especially crocs as seat holders or in plain sight. My sandals along with my goddaughter’s were stolen right from the foot of our chair, while my sons’ generic crocs were still there upon our return to our seats. I would imagine even those who rent cabanas need to be cautious as well. What is happening to society when an individual will sink so low to steal shoes from a child? Tough pill to swallow, but lesson learned. Going forward, I will be purchasing water shoes that we can wear on all the park’s attractions. I suggest all visitors do the same.

How much does it cost to rent a child's life vest for the day? It is required for children 48' and under.

Hello my son is turning 5 next month and wants to go on "water slides" for his birthday. Are there slides suitable for a tot? He doesn't swim on his own yet

Hello,
Would you describe the guests at the Merrion as being stuffy? I am in my 60's and will be traveling alone, and I find that sometimes the guests at the better hotels are too reserved and not at all friendly. Did you see other single travelers there, other than businessmen? Thank you.
