After putting our car on the free EV charger, we walked to the Visitor Centre that was a few steps away. Once inside, we were greeted by a friendly and professional staff member who answered our questions. We wandered through the very modern-looking building that also home for the local library, historical museum and gift shop. It also housed a small cafe that was closed that day. We also obtained the Sicamous GeoTour Passport to begin our search for the fifteen caches hidden in locations around the area. Once we completed all the finds, we returned the Passport to the Visitor Centre staff for processing.and awarding of GeoTour coin.

Lovely experience seing the exhibits which give an insight of the challenges the early settlers had to overcome to build the foundations of Sicamouse and the area. A visiting Brit i was fascinated and thoroughly enjoyed the well thought out displays..staff were very helpful and welcoming. T
he area was clean and tidy and modern. Helpful brochures too of activities in the area. Great town..would recommend a visit if you in the area.

The staff member was very helpful. The center is small but well stocked with plenty of brochures, maps and guides covering the region along with nearby regions and general travel guides for B.C and other neighboring provinces.

Located in a little strip mall on Main Street, stopped by the visitors center this morning to get information about Malakwa, Sicamous and surrounding area. From the moment we walked into the building, a smiling, friendly and welcoming person greeted us. She provided us with free maps and information about what we could for the length of time we had, which was a day. We took her suggestions to heart and enjoyed ourselves around town. We even needed a map for a travel home and she was very helpful in helping choose a road to take that was more scenic to finish out our Canadian vacation. Have never had a bad experience at a visitors center and this info center is no exception. Thank you for all your help.

Needed to gather information on local places as well as wine tours for the Salmon Arm and Kelowna area. The staff were extremely helpful and provided numerous recommendations. A worthwhile stop if you are new to the area.

If you want to know what is going on in the area, the Sicamous Visitor Centre is the place to go. Very helpful and full of knowledge.

The place is a bit out of the way, parking at the front is very difficult. There is parking at the back, but it's hard to find. Staff were friendly and informative. Very small office in the town building, not much room for more than 3 or 4 people.

Super friendly guy gave me some great tips and information on the area. Worth chatting with the folks at the front desk. Unique visiting center as it has the town library in the same building.

We are vacationing from Medicine Hat Alberta, and on two occasions during the Canada Day festivities we spoke with Travel Counselors who were outbound from the VIC. Both interactions were wonderful, helpful and full of vibrant suggestions for how our family could better enjoy the Sicamous area. Much appreciated.

My husband and I stopped at the Sicamous Visitor centre on the way to Revelstoke but didn't find them very helful unlike many other visitor centrs in BC so we walked out with very little information on the area.
