My experience was ackward…the 30 mins i was there, i kept on being stared at like i was an alien..For magic the gathering sale…the place is low on this and if you look for single…this aint the place but to play dnd i guess it is…The lady at the cash dont tell her boss everything so the communication between clients and shop gets cloudy…
For buying toys and a few games it is a cute tiny store if I can give them a little credit…

Cute little toy shop, service a little weird…if you are known for having magic the gathering players and dont sale much of it nor your cashier not knowing anything about the cards…that’s bad…Good Big Room to play games but for magic sale cards 0, for friendly players 0 as i entered and I realized i was the ONLY GIRL PLAYER, i was starred at from front to back non stop…It felt very uncomfortable. I just had to turn around to find out some guys were starring at me still after few mins. I was so unconfortable, i left. Even my husband found the situation ackward. I wont return for magic the gathering but probably for toys if i ever need any…someday.

We went here yesterday to try out their Area 51 Escape Room. It surprised me actually as it was really tough and challenging. I thought that for a small town it wouldn’t be that detailed but it was. I was really impressed. I highly recommend you try it if you have escape rooms and like a challenge! The younger girl who was running it was really great as well.

I know what makes the goblin giddy its the large amount of choice in games. Located on the main street they dont mind people browsing and looking.

This little store contains lots of interesting toys and games for all ages. You can often see groups of all ages playing tournaments like D and D or just hanging out. The employees are very knowledgeable and are eager to help. Awesome place to shop

Who would think that little Hanover would have a top-notch board game store? They have the latest and greatest, as well as Magic Cards and miniatures.
You will often find groups playing tournaments and you can try out any game at the back for a nominal fee.
They also have comics and occasional Harry Potter merch. They can order things in as well.

Shopped specifically for educational games for a young girl and was happy to have found all I needed. I would like the items a bit more organized and easier to locate the type of things I'm looking for but otherwise it's a good shop to have around.

When travelling I always try to stop into the FLGS to look at prices and games selection. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived at The Giddy Goblin with my family. Game shelves are not cramped and they had many games for different ages. Right away the friendly staff asked if I was lokking for anything in particular.
Store has some collectible, some children, and more than a wall of euro games. In particular interest was the selection of large and small box HABA imports which are normally difficult to find (I picked up a copy of Rhino Hero while there among other things).
Prices were very reasonable with below MSRP which was a great relief for my wallet. Would return again when passing through Hanover.

Not just old board games but a good selection of new ones that normally we'd go to the city to find. They even have a games night where kids can try out the new games before buying.
