Heliushuaia have a 30 minute flight that flies over the glacier and glacier lake, it is a very impressive view. It lands on a mountain top where you can walk around and get an amazing experience that most will not get.

If you get in contact them directly, you could plan a trip based on specific places you would like to visit by helicopter, essentially customize your flight. This may get expensive, but believe me the scenery is utterly breathtaking.

In regards to all the way to the end of South America, Ushuaia is the last city that you come to. Any town below Ushuaia is probably a small fishing village and belongs to Chile. So a boat trip to one of the islands that far south is achievable, but again may be getting quite expensive.
