The most amazing stay with breathtaking view I’ve been so far! Fully equipped rooms (booked with mountain view), fast wifi, very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find, 5mins walk to center of the village. Nearby restaurant with Georgian kitchen. 5 out of 5 stars.

We expected to spend 1 night and we stayed longer. The spot is spectacular with superb views. The room is super big with a kitchen and warm in winter. Alex, the person in charge, is helpful. Really the place to stay.

We never wrote any negative review having travelled a lot. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We spent 3 hours on the way with two toddlers having booked a room which was sold to us as one overlooking the valley and mountains on the background. We ended up with a room overlooking a construction site (they are adding more buildings at the back), construction waste and a huge bin. Other rooms next to us had no view at all, they were overlooking the new buildings which are being built. If you book a room make sure you get the room with terrace overlooking the valley, otherwise it will be a huge disappointment and spoilt holidays. When we said to the man who welcomed us that we were promised a view and we drove 3 hours with little ones, he replied it was not his problem. We left and went to Rooms hotel Khazbegi, the prices are higher but at least you get what you’ve been promised. Also bear in mind there is NO food available at the hotel, as well as no cot beds and no facilities to prepare the food except for kettle, small fridge and plates in the room. …

但到达别墅的时候，眼前的景色绝对的惊艳，前面的kazbegi山，右边一望无际的山群，房间一整面都是落地大玻璃，打开窗帘就是雪山，那享受简直无敌！如果去kazbegi，这别墅不可错过，对着雪上，发呆一整天都不觉得闷，真的值得入住！

we took the driver from tblisi to the kazbegi vally 2-3 hours drive with few stops the place is in top mountain so was surrounded clouds all over view was very nice u can walk all around in the view point there small market to buy some souvenirs and u can walk around or take the car and drive around 9/10
