My son and his girlfriend booked with Expedia and used that confirmation. When they got to Moxy they had the reservations ready but for the wrong room. The manager and employees were very nice and corrected the mistake. The top floor rooms are updated modern and clean The bottom and second floors that they were show are tiny and old. We booked with Moxy later while we were in English harbor because the location was so much better than where we originally stayed and had no probplems You must go to The Lime Lounge and Paparazzi pizza. Also Nelson dockyard in the evening was all lit up
