This was by far the best way to see the Islands. .The cost was upfront with full transparency...the proper was EXACTLY the way it was described and the host Ronita and her family treated me as if I were their own ...I can't imagine staying on the island in a better place . I was provided with a list of SAFE cab drivers and places to go to see actual locals art and entertainment upon checking in . They really made this a stay to remember!! Thank you Ronita to you and your family !

The Little Indigo Apt #1 and #2 - there is only a window air conditioner in the bedroom. We stayed in Apt #1 and there was a miscommunication and the unit was not cleaned. They did finally get someone out to clean it at 9 pm. Again, only a window air conditioner in the bedroom so the living room, kitchen, and bathroom did not have any air conditioning. Lots of stairs; you go down several stairs (maybe 20) to get to Apt #2 and then you go down more stairs (maybe 10 more) to get to Apt #1. My aunt and uncle were in #2 and there was only air conditioning in the bedroom as well. There is a great view but that is all that is good about it.

Property owner contacted us 1 day before arriving saying they had to move us . We had prepaid for their gated community but instead was given this lesser unit. Lesser in cost, security and comfortability yet REFUSED - absolutely REFUSED to issue any kind of refund, stating they offered to make it right by buying us lunch.
I recommend that you do NOT prepay, do NOT use Expedia (will not fight for you), and use a credit card that you dispute the charge if you plan to stay here.
My understanding is the couple owns multiple properties and would love to post a comment on each of them so potential vacationers are not taken advantage of like we were.
St. Thomas is beautiful, but Ronita - property manager/owner, left a terrible impression.
