Risa and Breadboy are the best. Black Point is the real Bahamas. Da White House is the ultimate place to stay and is the quintessential ocean villa. Risa and Raymond (Breadboy) know everyone and everything there is to know. They have all the toys available from jet skis and whalers to Contenders. You can't find a better place to be then to be staying in one of Risa and Breadboy's homes, in Black Point, in the Exumas, in the real Bahamas.

This is the second time we have been to Black Point and stayed with Risa and Bread Boy. They are so many things to say about this piece of heaven. Risa and Bread Boy are amazing from having our groceries at the house when we arrived and fresh bread from the bread lady.
Kimble and Bread Boy took on the most amazing adventures, swimming with sharks, pigs, sting rays, turtles, iguana island and I can go on and on. The water is spectacular and the snorkeling is amazing. Bread Boy and Kimble keep the boat ready we will be back soon!

I have been to 35 countries and islands
! I can’t explain it! You just have to go to Black Point and let Bread and Magic and family take care of your family!
Most beautiful water in the world ! Only close competitor is the Maldives?
Bread and Magic will take care of everything you need for fishing ! kids and so much more!
If I had to go one more place In the world before I died !
it would be Black point with Bread , Ulriissa and Magic and their boys!
And I gotta give shout out to Pappi too!
Just tell them what you want and when you arrive it’s DONE! and if things change! They will be there in less then 30 minutes!
They are special people and I can’t say enough about them!

“Paradise! Cozy Vacation Rentals and Owners Provide Great Attention to guests!”
5 of 5 stars
Exuma Vacations:
You will LOVE it here!
Ulrissa and Raymond "Breadboy" are lovely hosts. They have a collection of beautiful well-appointed homes on the North end of Black Point, Exumas. The view out your back door will leave an impression of true peace you won't soon forget. If you are looking for "things to do" or "to party" perhaps visit another Cay. This is a place for conscientious and serious nature lovers to relax, unwind and and enjoy playing in its laid back, pristine environment. They offer well-maintained golf cart & boat rentals to their guests.
Boat Rental/Hired Guide:
We opted to hire a guide for the first day. After one day with our experienced guide, Magic, we decided to keep him for the duration of our stay. He made us feel like family. He was honest, kind, genuine and eager to fulfill our ideas of adventure. I highly recommend hiring Magic even if you are boat savvy (which we were) not only for his obvious local knowledge but for his sincere and attentive service as he will truly "make" your stay! Colby & Aidan (Breadboy and Magic's sons are also very helpful and accommodating with boat transfer and luggage handling.
Things to do/see:
Recommend exploring/snorkeling the Rocky Dundas, Sea Aquarium, Plane wreck, and of course the legendary Thunderball grotto. PLEASE DONT STAND ON THE CORAL OR LIVE ROCKS and make sure your little ones understand too! Help preserve the good condition of their reefs for future enjoyment :) Also, spend a day at Compass Cay - bring a book, $10 for park entry and pack a lunch as the marina's famed Tucker Burger isn't easy to come by! Take a dip with the nurse sharks (more impressive are the large Bonefish) or walk or lay on the gorgeous crescent beach on the ocean side! Big Majors is a must - save your leftovers and bring some goodies with you to feed the pigs (they love apples, bananas (even the peel) and bread!
Food/Berverage:
If you have a partying bone, check out Staniel Cay Yacht Club - ask for Crizia - her smile is infectious and she mixes really good drinks - recommend the Goombay Smash or the Miami Vice! Also sink your teeth into their conch po' boy of the SCYC lunch menu. Daily there are guys on the dock filleting fish and cracking conch - try the conch salad!
Arrange your meals in advance! Make reservations at Deshamon's, Lorraine's or SCYC if you plan on having dinner with them ( this can be a little difficult when out on adventures but try your best or you may miss out all together) There are limited groceries on the island - Adderly's and across the street another small grocery is attached to DeShamon's - be sure to ask when the "grocery/mail boat" comes as it delivers the food to the island - we arrived a day prior to delivery and food items were scarce - Ulrissa will happily set up a grocery order for you but the service is expensive and we read that sometimes items you are counting on may not arrive or be in good condition when they do! We flew Water maker's air (simple luxury) and they will arrange a "freight" arrangement with you to bring your own grocery - we did not use this service but will be likely to in the future. We were able to buy eggs, soft drinks, and found 1 pack of cheese on the island - Ice can be tricky and is expensive but MUCH NEEDED :) Tonic and club soda can be purchased at The Scorpio Inn (we paid $36 for 3 six-packs!) Ice is about $6/bag. Visit Uncle Simon & Aunt Diane at DeShamon's - Rambo the bartender is super sweet and takes great care of all their guests! Try the Catch of the Day and pigeon peas & rice - yum! Check in at Lorraine's Cafe - ask if "mama" has any fresh coconut bread - we lucked out and got to a loaf that was still warm.....
$$$$$:
Lastly, bring lots of small bills to make purchases simple for local vendors, you can also use for tips/gratuities etc. The Bahamas are expensive, be sure to have enough cash!
Locals/Cultures:
As always, be mindful when visiting new places - Bahamians are lovely and will do anything they can to help you - Remember to be friendly and greet people before making your requests or asking for information.
This place offers access to one-of-a-kind adventures and super attentive guest services!
ENJOY! I will surely return here and after a stay you will too :)
Couple of minor suggestions for Exumavacations.com:
Add a closet/ drawer of games for guest to play (cards, board games) - future guests maybe can bring a game to leave!
Add more Paddles for SUP boards
Stock Fridge with at least 1 gallon of drinking water and plenty of ice for duration of stay
Provide guests with a welcome packet to include all menus of island restaurants and neighboring island restaurants
RECYLE BINS - help encourage recycling in the Exumas!
Thank you for a most wonderful stay - Can't wait to return!
Say Hello to Big Daddy for us!

Teníamos una aventura inolvidable estadía 5 días en el de dos dormitorios, dos baños cottage en Black Point Cay dirigido por Raymond y Ulrissa. Son una pareja maravillosa que trabajar duro para mantener su primer feliz. Ulrissa estaba siempre dispuesto a responder a mi texto.
Pasadlo bien!
