This is a beautiful resort. The resort is large but does not feel it, lots of pools to choice from and lots of chairs. No need to get up early to find a spot in the sun or shade. The staff was amazing always going out of their way to make you feel welcome. A big shout out to our butlers Zulda & Luis they did a great job, always doing the extras. Bath run with flowers and lovely oils, booking spa and asking always what can we do for you. Our activity staff was amazing also thank you to Aranza, and Jerrie also to our pool waiter Sergio. The food was excellent at all the restaurants and no long wait times. Rooms are beautiful. We can not wait to go back.
This is our second visit to this resort. The Impression building is so posh. The rooms are straight out of HGTV. When we first arrived you come thru this wooden gate. We were greeted with a cool towel. It was refreshing. Our butlers were Gabriel and Silvana. We communicated using Whatsapp and they are amazing. Every little request I asked were fulfilled. Gabriel just knows where to find us during the day, probably because he knows we love the rooftop pool. This is a new resort and there will be kinks but they can't fix it if you don't tell them what's wrong. Our trip was so memorable because of the staff and the new people we met at the resort. The Impression lobby bar is a must stop, the drinks and snacks are delicious. Adel will mix your drink up however you like it. I think my husband's favorite is the Chipotle Spicy Marg with passion fruit. If you like spicy, this is the drink for you. I mentioned we love the rooftop pool, it's because the service there is excellent, Josiah and the other pool butlers will get your lounger or cabana setup and whenever I come out of the pool, there's always a dry towel ready at our cabana, those little details are what makes this experience unique. Wake up early, if you go before noon, then you can get a cabana, anytime after that is a gamble. The pool butlers are also great, Benjamin and Orlando will get your drink, you don't even have to wait for them, they'll find you and bring your drink wherever you end up in. The infinity pool is cold but the middle pool is perfect temp. Another favorite spot is Seaside Beach club. The food here is just awesome. We tried breakfast, dinner and lunch and we are blown away. Our waiters were Honorato, Pedro, Lorenzo and Manuel. This restaurant has top notch service that's why we lived and dined here whenever possible, not to mention they have lobster. The host Manuel is worth mentioning, he's always smiling and so welcoming and friendly. The entertainment team Aranza and Fernanda were great, we played Bingo by the pool. They made bingo fun. The nightly shows are the Moxche theater are good. They start at 945pm and if you're not asleep by then you should come and watch, the Impression side had a little reserve area in the theater. Also check out the gypsy club after the show. The highlight of our trip is the Roads through Mexico, this is the main reason why we came back. The food is authentic and amazing. The mariachi band is so good and the folk dances are great to watch, a little bit of Mexico inside the luxury of the hotel. The only room for improvement in my opinion are the drinks, not all the bars are the same, some bars have better drinks than others. One other thing is when we went to Suki, there were people there for the Teppanyaki and then there was us for the regular meal. I think as soon as the Teppanyaki diners arrived, our waitress forgot about us. We didn't get to order a dessert because we couldn't find our server. We walked out of there and headed straight to the Marquesita stand right outside Dos Almas. This dessert is amazing, don't go here without trying this out. Right next to the Marquesita stand is a taco stand that's open until 12am which is perfect way to get food after the show. The best midnight snack in the resort. To sum it up, We love the Roads through Mexico, Impression rooftop pool, Marquesita stand and the staff that works their butt off to make our stay memorable.…
We stayed here in February and absolutely loved it! We have stayed at multiple all-inclusives and this was the best. The Seaside Beach Club food was amazing, best french toast we have ever had. We spent most of our time at the rooftop pool--lunch there was also incredible. Sam was a great host! Our personal butlers, Oscar and Sergio, were the absolute best. We texted via the WhatsApp and they took care of our every need. The only downside of the resort is the beach due the sargassum situation. Didn't negatively impact our stay but something to be aware of if you are going solely for the beach. We would 100% stay again.
When we arrived, we were offered a cold face towel before the bellmen took our luggage. After being escorted to the Impression building, Daniel accompanied us to our room where we checked in. Fruit, Moët champagne and a souvenir beach bag were there for us. Our room was a swim out suite and very posh. The only wrinkle here was the round "seating bench" in the center of the bathroom. It was in an inconvenient place as you'd trip over it and when the closet doors were open you'd have to go around it. Our accomplished butler was Zulda. Daily, she sent an agenda of the day's activities, a list of restaurants that would be open and reminders of our spa appointments, dinner reservations, etc. She would frequently inquire if we needed anything. The food was phenomenal. Restaurant highlights Bamboo-Eduardo, Alora-Miguel, Cielo-Demitrio, Seaside-Pedro, Market Cafe- Karen and the gourmet chef Carla Pool concierge, who were deftly able to open the umbrellas and find towels! Samuel and Jaime I saved the best for last. The Entertainment Team Fernanda, Alberto, Jerry and Aranza. Seeing these amazing ambassadors of this resort, daily connecting with guests. Turning strangers into friends was their strength. Bingo, Blackjack, water aerobics, making bracelets, chatting with guests kept us entertained. They are such a special memory. Knowing when we were to leave, they came to the lobby to give hugs and say, "adiós."…
