My family and I stayed for 1 night, the kids loved their pancakes with all the toppings and the Jurassic park. We enjoyed the pool. Our room was a good size and clean. Tea & coffee facilities were good, I’d prefer more tea to coffee but that’s a personal choice. Staff were nice and friendly. Overall we had a lovely stay and hopefully will return again.

Nice hotel.
Staff were nice. First room we had was very near a lift that was very loud so we asked reception if any other room available. they moved us no problem and even got porter to move our bags to new room. our new room was actually right beside a stairwell and other lift but thankfully it was very quiet. rooms clean and spacious.
Dinner in scotts brasserie was nice. My husband was dissapointed with the portions though. He had chicken for his main and it was small with small bit of mash and small bowl of green beans on side. he asked for another portion of veg (they have seasonal veg on menu as an extra side portion you can order) only to be told that would be green beans too. Very poor to not have more vegetables available.
My meal was lovely though, superfood salad was delicious and steak too.
breakfast was ok, my husband was disappointed that they serve you the hot food from buffet. Rest of breakfast selection was only ok.
I had hot stone massage, scalp massage and foot treatment in spa with Sergio. it was simply amazing, would definitely recommend.
All in all we'd stay here again but would probably have a meal elsewhere next time. it's a nice hotel, close to the city and looks great for kids.

Myself and my friends had a lovely break. The hotel is comfortable and clean and there is a nice buzzy atmosphere in the hotel foyer. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff were very attentive. I had a deep tissue massage with Sergio in the Spa and it was amazing.

I have stayed recently in the Newpark Hotel with a friend. We stayed in one of the hot tub suites and it was divine. He had booked a facial and a massage which were so good and relaxing. Ana in the spa was a dream. We had an early dinner in Scott's restaurant and Katie was so nice she couldn't do enough for us. We headed down town to meet some friends of mine for a drink. The breakfast the following morning was delicious. Loved the Nicholas Moss bowls on the breakfast buffet. Have to say the staff were so friendly and I really had a lovely experience - I even got a car parking space near the front door!! Happy Days!! I'll be back.

Fantastic pool kids loved it and good gym also the Newpark amenities and hospitality are hard to beat

I’d definitely recommend the kids clubs.. The staff are are so friendly and helpful.. The kids definitely won’t be bored at all.. The animal farm they have is amazing, my daughter spent most of her time visiting the animals every day and every evening she wanted to go down and even named all the animals..
