Wow and Wow again! Thank you John Joe for such a fabulous stay. Everything was just perfection - we had great chats - sorted the World out - delicious breakfasts - and sitting out on the balcony of our bedroom enjoying the view and the weather was the icing on the cake. Thank you again!

This b and b is amazing. John joe is the most warm and welcoming host. The bedrooms are quiet and Extremely comfortable with top quality linens. The breakfast is the nicest I've had in any hotel or guest house. John joe is a wonderful cook with homemade scones every morning and fresh rhubarb and yogurt and granola. Full irish breakfast too if you can manage it. Great care and attention to everything.

I stayed here 4 nights as part of a tour of the south coast of Ireland. Visiting Waterford, Cahir, Carrick on Suir, Waterford and Suir Valley Railway etc on this leg of the trip.
The place is very well appointed and is very quiet. It situated in the middle of lush pastures which John Joe, the proprietor, farms. He also sometimes breeds and raises racehorses, but none were in evidence whilst I was there. There are only two rooms, but they are large and the bed very comfy. Breakfast is excellent and you could feast on it if you wished. John is an excellent cook, all the food is locally grown, and nothing is too much trouble for him to do. He will also suggest places to visit.
Breakfast is taken in a room which doubles as a sitting room with a telly. It also has a fridge which was useful for my diabetic stuff.
Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful b&b in a beautiful rural setting near the coastal town of Dungarvan. Excellent rooms, with a good shower and comfortable beds, but the highlight has to be the brilliant breakfast. I can't end this review, though, without mentioning the owner, John Joe. What a great guy -- nothing is too much trouble. Not only is he a great cook and host, but he can advise guests about where they should visit and where they should eat. The b&b is also near the main routes to Waterford and Cork.

John Jo was very welcoming, friendly and informative of the local area. The B&B itself was set in a beautiful rural working farm location just 10 minutes from the centre of Dungarvin. It was clean and very comfortable with an excellent Irish breakfast that used all locally sourced ingredients. The room had an extremely comfortable bed and facilities. We will definitely stay again when in the area!
