yes hairdryer. call the hotel and they may be able to send their regular guy to get you at the airport .Train to central station and cab would work too

Thank you for your pick up information! We have a mobile phone with international service. We will be traveling to the docks on 12Sept to board a Viking Cruise barge. Can we arrange that with you? Dear Michael Civitella & Catherine Keefe-Hayes, We have arranged your taxi pick up for you. Read this email carefully and take it with you as a reference! (If you also arranged a return trip, please be aware that at all times you have to arrange/(re)confirm the pick up time fort this return trip, at the hotel at least the night/evening before departure.) Please turn on your phone as soon as the plane lands *, because the driver will contact you to confirm pick up details. Please call him (+31 649 931 144) if there are any problems on your side, such as if you miss your flight or your luggage gets lost. If your flight is delayed he will be aware and waiting for you. His fee of €47,50 must be paid directly to him and can be paid in cash or with any major credit card. Your Taxi and driver will be waiting outside the airport terminal. The exact pick-up location will be confirmed by the taxi driver per telephone. He will be waiting outside the terminal building, once and only once he has made telephone contact with you. In most cases you will need to follow the directions from your arrival gate to the outside area then look to your right for hotel Sheraton, a white building, taxi’s are allowed to stop and pick-up passengers at the little parking lot in front of this building. Do not take the skyway from inside the airport to the Sheraton, you will need to stay at street level and head towards the outside entrance of the hotel. * Before you leave please contact your mobile phone company and make sure your mobile will work abroad. If not please contact us immediately so we can arrange an alternative pick up for you. For US guests only: First, figure out whether your phone works in Europe. Many T-Mobile and AT&T phones work fine abroad, while only specialized phones from Verizon or Sprint do — check your operating manual (look for "tri-band" or "quad-band"). If your Verizon phone doesn't work in Europe, they'll loan you one that does for a one-time shipping fee — please contact your phone company in this regard.
