Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Por 15 euros y desayuno incluido (puedes pedir todo lo que quieras para desayunar) es una buena elección para gente joven. A 20 minutos paseando de la Ciudad Imperial y a 5 de la zona de bares y restaurantes. Especial mención al increíble trato que recibimos por parte del personal, sin duda lo mejor.

Teníamos poco tiempo para visitar las tumbas y la Pagoda, nos aconsejaron ir con un conductor a través suyo, pero éste hizo el recorrido del revés, lo que provocó que sólo pudiéramos ver una de las tumbas ya que cerraban antes que la Pagoda. Una faena porque nos quedamos sin ver dos tumbas por su mala organización, y además nos cobraron 20$. Además las duchas están muy viejas, amarillas de suciedad acumulada. Y te cobran el agua de la habitación.

Personal muy amable que intenta resolver cualquier inconveniente. Muy buen nivel de ingles. Las excursiones que ofrecen tienen una muy buena relación calidad/precio. Habitaciones muy confortables. El hotel se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación, el autobús del aeropuerto te deja a menos de 5 minutos andando. El nigth market del río se encuentra a menos de 10 minutos andando

Creo que es el mejor value for money que tuvimos en Vietnam. Muy sencillo, con aire acondicionado, TV, nevera pequeña, cajilla de seguridad, entre otras. Un buen desayuno el que ofrecen. Pero tal vez lo mejor es la calidad del servicio de los empleados. Tram nos ayudó siempre con todo y fue más que amable, al igual que las personas de la cafetería y los botones. Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor y las escaleras pueden ser algo no deseado. Recomendado para aquellos con presupuesto medio bajo para obtener un servicio básico de buena calidad.

ATENCIÓN!! Nos desapareció misteriosamente MUCHO DINERO de la habitación!!! Hemos intentado solucionarlo con el hotel directamente pero no ha habido manera... Nos envían videos de seguridad de horas que no son, nos dan información contradictoria, saben cosas que nosotros no les hemos dicho... ¡¡MUCHO CUIDADO!!

Warning, This worst from this customer. It was not reliable, because this customers want to take money from our hotel,and always threat our hotel. Please read all conversation by email from this customer with us: 1- with first email from this customers to notice about the lose money in the room, and they was sure that our staff stole their money in their room, and must give back the money or they will put worst thing for our hotel to every website.... EMAILS FROM THE GUEST: Feb 5, 2019, 20:19:18 Good evening, I'm Maria. Me and my partner spent last night in your hotel (February 4th). Everything was great until we noticed that we were missing 100€ and 30$ from our bag. We have no doubt it has been a theft. Yesterday, at check-in time we had the money. The wallet hasn't moved from our room and the only people who can access to it is the hotel *staff.* We demand you to return our money, otherwise I will post it on my travelling blog so it doesn't happen to future travellers. Of course, it will be clearly reflected on my booking assessment. Feb 10, 2019, 17:00:47 Good afternoon. I've watched all the videos you sent me in detail. They show the corridor the following time slot: February 4th from 7.33h to 8.34h February 4th from 9.30h to 11.03h February 5th from 00.00h to 01.32h This is a total of 4h. We spent 24h in your hotel. Also, we checked in at 12.30h aprox. So, this videos don't show anything interesting for us. They don't even show the moment we arrive at the room. If you have valuable things, why didn't you put it into the safety box in your room. You need money to pay while you are traveling, we are sure that you need to count your money . So you didn't recognized the money was losing while you was staying here is illogical. And of course you need to pay here at the check-out, at least you should recognize it after payment here. But we didn't see it at the checkout time because we paied in vietnamese dongs, which we had separated from Euro and Dollar, because obviusly we don't use them as often. I told you, forget about the videos: think, if you were me, there are a lot of guests leave the hotel and send you that such threatening email, what will you do? we don't know what was in your room, if you informed us right after checking out, we will call the police, with their profession, they will investigate and find out the thief. We know the thief didn't take all of your money because you still had cash to pay for the room.This is the first time that guests lost their money and still being calm to send an emai and claim that our staff steals money for sure. Si, seguro, hay un monton de buses que siguen esa ruta hacia hanoi y hacen paradas, y seguro excursones organizadas. Desde Hue en cualquier agencia te lo arreglan sin problema. Es mejor que lo hagas alli sobre la marcha

Hello, Thank you for your question. For sure, we'll store your luggages if the room isn't ready for you at the time you arrived here. Check in time is after 12:00, however, you can definitely take the room if we have some available at the moment. So don't worry about that! Thank you
