I stay for work at hotels during the week and this stay hasn’t been pleasant. The hotel itself is nice and new, but Jackie was really rude and because of that I will not be staying here again. The manager needs to send her to hospitality classes and how to properly address customers request without being rude.

My wife and I arrived here for a one-night stay after arriving from the UK on our way to Las Vegas. On arrival it was good to see the two level car park and although there is a fee, we didn’t mind as able to park close to the car park entrance to the hotel. This was important as my wife is a wheelchair user. The hotel is stylish and the public areas and our room were immaculately clean. We had dinner in the restaurant ad the food was simple but excellent and the service was great. Overall, an ideal start to our trip and a hotel we would definitely return for a longer stay.

Brand new hotel. The bed was quite comfortable and the room clean. Our room faced the main street but it was quiet at night. There were some signs of construction on our floor but per hotel staff it was due to a guest who set off the fire sprinkler and caused damages.
Lots of underground paid parking with security on site,
Walking distance to Ralph’s and restaurants in the area. There’s a restaurant on site. I like the keurig in the room.
I thought the a/c was a little noisy but it didn’t affect my sleep.

Disappointing! Walked into the unfinished lobby and receptionists who merely stared at us as we walked up to them. No greeting and no acknowledgement of our platinum status. We were told there will be a $200 deposit and $15 charge for parking. No upgrade and no additional benefits as a platinum member. Never felt more unwelcomed. IHG needs to a better job training the staff at this location. We will NOT stay here again.
