Cuando llegué, la gente fue muy servicial y acogedora. Nos proporcionaron la información que necesitábamos y nos hicieron buenas sugerencias sobre lugares para visitar. Aunque solo estuve una noche con un amigo mío, pasé un tiempo caminando y el vecindario estaba muy limpio y seguro.

Lets start by mentioning that the property manager was amazing to my family and I, Giselle and her family were always available and had the apt feeling like a resort. The apt is perfect for me and my family who were visiting from Florida. It was 7 of us. mom, parter, brother, sister, brother in law, and my 2 nephews(all family). The ocean is a 5 min walk from the apt and you have a beautiful ocean view. Now what started like a perfect vacation ended very ruff. First the owner has a ridiculous charge of 25 dollars per person that was un expected after the six guests (even doe booking.com says the price includes 8). Second be ready because he will be watching you the entire time. From the moment you wake up to the time you leave the owner WILL SIT IN HIS HOME WATCHING YOU ON ONE OF THE 8 cameras installed EVERYWHERE!!! He has cameras in commons areas, yard, front of the house, bbq area, outside dinning table pretty much everywhere. To give you an understanding how stocker this owner is, he called the property manager after seeing a chair from the inside, outside (only 10 min after we took it out). Any time the gate was open he would send a message. He allowed me to have guess in the home as-long as they did not spend the night(asked in advance since i knew family was coming). I invited my cousins and aunt who mind you is 67 years old who i cooked for after we spend the entire morning and afternoon at the beach. After dinner we stayed in the common area enjoying a few beers and talking about good memories. The owner (stalking un from the camera) call and said we were having a big party which was not true since we were in bed by 11pm in order to take advantage of the beach. When we arrived from the beach we used the outside water hoes to clean the sand and played with my nephew throwing water at them for a few minutes. The owner stocking us true the camera had and issue with that. The day we checked out we left the house in great conditions, kitchen clean, dishes clean, common areas organized and trash collected and keep in one area. We vacated te property at 10:45am and the property manager arrives at 10:50am. After inspection she advise us of the great job done leaving the house clean and in great conditions. Later that day we talked with the owner regarding our deposit and he was very rude and said we would not get our deposit money back because we had to many guests which he clearly saw the people that only sleep in the property after he said it was ok to have visit, he said we wasted water, and had a party. I honestly love the place but this owner will ruined you vacation... I recorded him on the conversation with his consent. He is looking to keep your deposit and thats ilegal! PLEASE RENT OTHER HOMES!!!! DO NOT RENT THIS HOME!!!!! The place does not make up for the lack of privacy and unprofessional of Nick Bishay the owner of the property!
