My favorite part about staying here is the beds. I have not had a good sleep in ages. I really need to update my mattress and linens. My second favorite part was the closeness to the Miami airport transport area. You can walk to the bus and rail station from the hotel. Easy to catch. No need for a car, you can take a scenic route to Brickell or South Beach. Being that this is a wellness hotel and you need space to workout, the rooms were very big. I stayed in the Wellness Double and my friend and I were not in each other's ways. I want to thank the hotel and staff for abiding and enforcing the covid policies set by IHG. The hotel was clean, and I felt safe there. With that being said I did not get to experience the dining portion of the hotel. The menu was limited and no real options. No complaints. The pool was cute. The location on point. The bathroom is spa-like. The staff was amazing. The gym was gorgeous. I would stay here again. I am an IHG member so my loyalty to IHG runs deep.…

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and just returned home this past Sunday. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. There was a small issue with our room type but it was corrected after we got back down to the desk. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable... Not too firm and not too soft, just right. The housekeeping staff didn't provide enough towels, etc for 2 people but we were only there for 2 nights. We loved the dim lighting in the bathroom when one of us had to use it without turning in the lights. The desk layout right next to the tv was awkward. Sitting at it while watching tv is impossible. The room did come with a safe but no microwave. Directly across from the hotel is free off street parking. Water pressure for the sink and tub was strong and the water got hot quickly. If ever in Miami again, we would definitely stay here…

Even hôtels je devais y séjourner du 9 au 11 Décembre 2020 avant d'aller en croisière pour les bahamas. Sauf que situation sanitaire oblige le voyage n a pas pu se faire et moi naturellement j'ai annulé la réservation 2 mois avant. Par contre l'hôtel s'est permis de prélever dans mon compte 82 euros par ci, 7.93euros par là, et ce matin à ma grande surprise ils m'ont encore prélevé 90 euros... Donc je suis très en colère, j'ai fait un mail à l'hôtel quand ils m'ont prélevé la première fois jusqu'ici aucune réponse. Je vais faire opposition de ma carte bleue pour éviter qu'ils ne se resservent dedans ensuite je verrai avec le site sur lequel j'ai fait la réservation. Donc je que je vous conseille c'est de faire attention à vos données bancaires car même quand on réserve avec annulation gratuite et ben vous êtes quand même débités.…

I stayed for 3 nights in December 2020. The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very spacious, even the bathrooms, and super quiet. The only not so positive comment is the breakfast. Although it is understandable from the situation we are in, the breakfast is very poor. They give you a bag, every day the same, with an omelette sandwich, 2 mini cookies and an apple juice. They should give options so that you can choose much more variety, some fruit, some bagels and put that in the bag, as many other hotels that offer breakfast are doing. You need to do your own coffee in your room. Parking is not necessary to pay, there is room on the street.

Strongly recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful customer service experience with Khalil, he was outstanding. Khalil picked me up at the airport, he was very helpful with my bags, polite and courteous, he also checked us in and it was fast, no glitches. Khalil seemed to always be there when I had a question or needed assistance. The hotel was clean and modern and very comfortable.
