Thank you for making us aware of these issues. We currently lease the Black Diamond Grill, and do not manage it's employees. We have discussed these issues with the managers, and displayed our contact numbers in the room for guests to call if issues with noise control, language, smoking, or other problems occur in the future. We apologize this was your experience and wish we could have been given the opportunity to correct the problem while you were staying with us.

Thank you, Lisa, for your option. Our BUSY season is from Dec 10th - March 25th and once again from the first weekend in June until the close of Labor day. Had you asked when you booked, we would have gladly provided you such information-seeing how both of these amenities (Playhouse and Grill) were so very important to you. One would think of asking since it IS advertised on our web site...as you stated... we are closed in "slower" seasons. As for there being no one on site... We buried our 17-year-old son 7 months ago. When I spoke with you, I was in Texas visiting our family and his grave side. While I do not expect you to understand the difficulty of a first holiday without him, I do expect to have a kind, mutual, business relationship with you that does not present fault information. I DID answer your call and respond to your concerns only "shortly" after you arrived, as you stated in our phone conversation (you said, “we arrived just shortly ago and have a few questions…”); so there was really no "it took a little effort to reach a live person by phone" as I answered you the FIRST time you called AND our personal phone numbers are listed on your welcome letter and in the information book in the room. Let's not mind the fact you hung up on me. I particularly appreciate, despite you having no idea that we were in Texas to visit our child's grave side, that you DID mention the rooms were "very clean" ... as we have completely renewed our cleaning staff this off season... "The room was very clean and adequately represented in the photos from the website. Everything worked well except the fan in the bathroom. The linen and comforters were really nice..." per your comment (apparently room cleanliness mean VERY LITTLE in this situation). Also, for anyone reading this...we have completely replaced all the flooring in units 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 as well as redecorated all our units and newly replaced our towels and other linens. It is our sincerest apologies that there was a snow storm; an act of God, that occurred while we where not here, to shovel your steps for you. I pray God bless you and fill you with love, joy, and kindness. Realize that there are those all around us - at McDonald, at Wal-Mart, at the mall, at the salon, at work, and on vacation - who carry much more than you can possibly realize. It is my prayer that you never walk this road, or give everything you have to a business so someone can complain about "ice" and "closures.” May God bless you abundantly. We continually review our ratings and work very hard to improve our property as it is our goal to provide affordable, conveniently located, clean property for our guests. How do I reach them for available rooms
We are long term condo rentals [6 months +] and have been for over two years now. Despite the countless number of times we have attempted to change our status on trip adviser, yelp, and other platforms, they continue to populate our business under 'specialty rentals' which is confusing to guests. I apologize for the inconvenience. We do not rent on a nightly basis.

First all why is your phone not working I have tried for two days and they say this is not a working number. Needed to find out if you have condo available for 2-22/2-26 2017. Need an answer soon.
