how hard is it to take a cab or uber to and from here to the Centurylink stadium for the Seahawks games? Thank you

Cab, Lyft or Uber is easy. Also- you can take the Light Rail. The Westlake Center stop is located a few blocks from the Hyatt at Olive 8.

The parking charges are: Valet Parking is $55/day with in and out privileges. Self-Parking is $35/day with no in/out privileges

We are coming to Seattle for a conference and the Hyatt at Olive 8 is one of the suggested places to stay. We recently spoke with a couple who keeps a home in Seattle as well as in Arizona. They cautioned to beware of downtown Seattle...alot of drugs, crime, and panhandlers. Any recent travelers to downtown care to share experiences?

Well, there are panhandlers as in any city anywhere. but the law is they CANNOT harass you. So I just tell them,” No, I don’t have any spare change.” They leave you alone. I’ve never had a problem. And I’m an old lady. As we are north latitude, our sky stays bright until 9:30-10:00 pm in the summer so you should be fine with a group walking to your hotel. But as with anywhere, walk with a purpose and don’t act like a drunken idiot. Seattle is a great city in which to urban hike. Lots of wonderful communities that are distinct. Pikes Market where locals interact with tourist, the Seattle Center, the food. It’sa great place. Olive 8 is a wonderful place to stay, especially if one has sensitivities. We stay there every time we go to the Paramount which a couple of times a year. My husband and I went to Phoenix, Ar for a conference. Couldn’t walk anywhere it was so sprawling. So if you’re used to taking a taxi to get to dinner maybe strolling in Seattle would be anxiety provoking.

Hello and Happy Friday! The Hyatt at Olive 8 Queen rooms (with some exceptions), Disability rooms, Luxury Kings, the Governor's and Presidential Suites have tubs. When you make your reservation, please note specifically that your preference is for a room with a tub and we will do our best to accommodate!

Hotel maravilloso en el centro de Seattle

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. Sus habitaciones son muy cómodas, bonitas y espaciosas. El hotel no es demasiado grande para ser Seattle lo que lo hace muy agradable. Esta muy céntrico y bien comunicado. Su ambiente es muy agradable y el personal encantador.

Muy buena opción

Muy céntrico, cómodo y limpio. A unas cuantas calles del Mercado. El centro de convenciones estaba una calle. El hotel es muy cómodo, las habitaciones son muy grandes. Perfecto para quienes vayan a algún evento en el centro de Seattle.

El hotel esta bien, como todo hyatt tienes la garantia de que todo esta genericamente bien pero no excelente. se me hizo muy caro para ser hyatt. las camas son duras, las almohadas acolchonadas. se duerme bien. el baño de buen tamaño, limpio y remodelado. el desayuno es malisimo. no lo recomiendo nada el gym esta excelente!

Olvide mis sombreros en el taxi que me llevo del aeropuerto al hotel, los sombreros tienen un gran valor sentimental para mi. Desesperada recurrí a pedir ayuda de alguien que hablara español, encontrando en NEFTALI no solo la persona a quien le pediría que me orientara en los pasos a seguir, sino quien me ayudo a poder tener conmigo de nueva cuenta mis sombreros. Me llevo una grata impresión del hotel.

Excelente ubicación con los estándar esperados de un Hyatt

Excelente ubicación para ir andando a tiendas, centro de convenciones, mercado, monorail para el Space Needle. Habitación amplia con todos los servicios que se espera de una cadena como Hyatt. Buen restaurante italiano justo enfrente.
