3rd time- ordered appetizer, Day boat scallops Crudo. I didn't realize that meant raw or I may not have ordered. However, they were sliced very thin and basically melted in your mouth. Very light taste up at eight with sauce made it very good. Then I had Seared Wagyu Culette, Which is top-of-the-line tenderloin steak. That was absolutely outstanding. The meet was very thinly slice and you could cut it with your forte. So tender it literally melted in your mouth and cooked to perfection, medium rare.
