Thank you very much for your feedback, this will be of great help in resolving our shortcomings. I am nonetheless disappointed that your stay did not fully meet your expectations.
First and foremost I would like to apologize to you as its seems we have not lived up to your expectations and we have obviously not delivered to our best. The problems you experienced are certainly not the norm.
The GEMs or Guest Experience Makers have the potential to really enhance the guest experience and I am disappointed that in this case it did not happen. I am planning to do some re training in this area as their main purpose is really to ensure the guests maximize their stay with us and to experience all that is good. Or merely just to facilitate ensuring the guests are happy and are available for anything they should need.
I apologize for the confusion upon check out regarding the helicopter, due to a miscommunication the helicopter came on time but we had the timing incorrect from our side and it did have to shut down, which normally there is a charge for this, which Zil Air kindly waived on this occasion, it was not the intention of my resort manager to cause you undue stress on departure.
Rest assured, we have learned from your experience and each element will be reviewed and corrected so they cannot occur again.
