Dear Robson M, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our resort. I am pleased that you enjoyed your villa and the natural beauty of the island and that you felt well taken care of by our hosts, especially Vincent, your villa attendant. In regards to the remaining feedback, I appreciate you bringing these points to my attention. It is always our intention to exceed our guests' expectations, and I am sorry that this was not the case throughout your stay. I am disappointed to hear about the state of your villa pool throughout the majority of your stay. It is our policy to immediately move guests from villas which face any issue, in order to allow maintenance to properly rectify. I have followed up with the team as to why this was not adhered to during your stay, as well as why it was not escalated to my attention. I understand that it must have been a big disappointment to not have the opportunity to use your private pool, which is a central feature to our private villas, and while I appreciate that you were compensated on departure, we should have provided a better solution at the onset. Additionally, regarding your check out experience, I apologize for the misinformation and lack of attention that was given to you. It is essential that guests understand the charges and that our team is able to accurately explain or answer any questions you may have. Again, I have followed up to ensure this experience is not repeated, as it is certainly not the service standard that our resort has become known for. We hope that you will consider returning to Félicité or another Six Senses resort in the future.
