El Resort es estupendo para unas vacaciones, tiene todo tipo de servicios, unas vistas impresionantes, las habitaciones son espléndidas (al menos la mia, pero pedí expresamente vistas al mar), el bar tiene una terraza preciosa, muy agradable por la noche.
Para negocios es un poco extraño porque no puedes disfrutar de todas las opciones del hotel, una pena (para mí)...
A mejorar: El proceso de check in se hizo muy largo, con colas hasta que llegaron refuerzos.

Very nice review, thanks! Glad to hear you enjoyed the stunning views and rooms. Our views - anywhere in the hotel property and you’ll be treated to the endless blue of the Caribbean. We overlook the lovely Frenchman’s Cove and Charlotte Amalie Harbor one side and Morning Star Beach to the other. Glad you appreciated the scenery from almost EVERY angle including the lovely terrace off the Rum Bar. It’s one of the best, if not the best, place to take in the sunset. We usually have live music at this time.

Pasamos solo una noche por éste hotel, me pareció increíble donde está ubicado. nos dieron una habitación frente al mar. Vista insuperable.
Tiene muchos restaurants. Nos atendieron de maravillas.

Nos encantó mucho poder venir a un hotel que visité cuando era niño para ver a un mago. Encontré el hotel en perfectas condiciones. El Restaurant frente al mar y la piscina es exquisito! Excelentes atenciones y sabor!!

este hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y las vistas son impresionantes, uno de los pros son sus salones de reuniones, sin embargo el servicio es pésimo si acaso de 3 estrellas y las habitaciones nuevas están ok, pero tienen unas en el ala vieja por más económico jamás permita que le alojen allí....

e viajado muchisimo y e estado en muchos resort, este fue terrible te tratan mal te cobran por todo, al final me tiraron la cuenta bajo mi puerta antes de check out; me cobraron $50 diarios de resort fee y al principio me dijeron que no cobraban nada, la limpieza fue terrible las toallas todas sucias, Y la actitud de los empleados fue de lo peor, nunca volveré estar en un marriott!

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like your stay had some frustrating points. Please accept our apologies for any miscommunication you experienced. We do offer an express check-out option in which your bill is put under your door the evening before check-out. We also have an energy-saving policy with regards to towels but of course, we are willing to replace all dirty towels at the guest’s request. I am very sorry if these options were not made clear to you.
