I am very sorry to hear that you had this bad experience in our hotel.
We have never before encountered a problem with the cleanliness of the rooms.
As I understand, the problem was more with the sheets and towels, rather than with the cleanliness of the room itself. I am certain you know that we outsource our laundry to an external company, we try to check their laundry always but sometime bad laundry can slip to rooms. This doesn't excuse us from giving you a bad exprience but it turns our attention more to checking the laundry before finishing the room.
