El Manager (Luis) fue súper diligente. Tuve un accidente de tobillo y se preocupó de atenderme rápido y hasta me llevó en silla de ruedas a la clínica. Además, muy amable, estuvo pendiente de mi recuperación todos los días.

Nos hospedamos en el hotel en Octubre de 2024 - el hotel lo habíamos visitado años atrás, y hay que mencionar que esta mejorado. Me toco una habitación muy cómoda. los recepcionistas hablan en Ingles y en Español que hace mucho mas fácil el entendimiento. Muy bien ubicado en el corazón del distrito art deco.Buen bar muy bien atendido. Melina - Julian y otros recepcionistas muy buenos. La pileta el agua no estaba climatizada. Buenas reposeras. En la playa reposeras y sombrillas y de hecho en piscina se solicitan las toallas. Los desayunos requerirían mas croisants o ese tipo de menu sumados a los ofrecidos

Los chicos del bar de la pileta y los que están en la pileta siempre atentos a las necesidades del huésped !!!
La habitación cómoda salvo un punto en contra es que su aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido , pero es algo que se puede solucionar !!!

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. Desde el happy hour con sus deliciosos tragos, el servicio de playa inmejorable y la calidad del cuarto, he sentido que mi estadia ha valido la pena en este lugar. El servicio del personal es de maravilla, especialmente la amabilidad del personal de la recepción, Melina y Julian han sido asombrosos, trabajan de manera muy profesional y son muy amables y serviciales.
