Let me begin by saying, we are so happy to see that Tyler, and our laundry attendant earned 5 stars from your stay. Tyler has been a key member of our team for years. His knowledge, passion and excellent customer service is something we are very lucky to have. Our laundry attendants, usually not as visible as the front of house, have also been members of our team for years, and without them, our business would not be possible. We will certainly make sure these individuals are recognized for a job well done.
I am, however, so sorry to hear of this poor experience at our property. I have yet to respond to a review such as this, but certainly want to apologize on behalf of our staff for all that you may have experienced here.
I would hope that, especially during these times, our cleanliness would be outstanding, as the procedures have become more in depth to protect our guests and each other. In addition to that cleanliness, I would also hope that our staff and guests are being dilligent with PPE and social distancing. It is important that as we start seeing restrictions lift, we stay proactive and pay close attention to all details and for that, we much appreciate you bringing these items to our attention.
Being here for a week, I am sorry to see that we never fully redeemed ourselves. I will bring this all to my managers attention, to ensure he goes over this feedback with all departments at our property.
