Hemos pasado siete días en este maravilloso hotel y podemos decir que es inmejorable! Tranquilo, buena comida, muy limpio ( entran 2 veces /dia,a arreglar la habitación ) la habitación amplia y bonita. El personal es adorable y muy atento pero queríamos destacar la atención de Ricardo, un chico que lo conocimos nada más llegar en la recepción del hotel y nos ha facilitado la estancia en kempinski. Siempre predispuesto a todo, atento, y muy importante... sabe mucho... y sobre todo español! Muchísimas gracias por todo Ricardo, un abrazo fuerte y suerte!

Our location in the south-west of Mahé is ideal for those looking to get off the tourist track. We have some of the most beautiful, white sand beaches on the western side of the island, yet are located just 30 minutes away from Seychelles International Airport and are ideally situated for day trips or island-hopping excursions.

Thank you for sharing such incredibly kind comments about our delicious food and the friendly and personable that service you received at our hotel. At Kempinski we believe that luxury hospitality is about people and their talent for creating warm and memorable encounters. I am delighted that this was your experience. El hotel es lindo, las instalaciones están cuidadas y limpias. Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa, con sala de estar y balcón, todo en perfectas condiciones.
La calidad y variedad de la comida estaba muy bien.

Lo malo y muy decepcionante: la playa. Llena de piedras, una pena. No volvería por esta razón, además está muy alejado del centro, del aeropuerto y del puerto.

I was sorry to hear that you were not better satisfied with our beach. Please note that due to the natural currents that occur in the area, some seaweed and coral does get washed up on the beach from time to time - especially during the windy season (May-September). Our dedicated landscaping team cleans the beach each morning but, depending on the tides, some natural debris does wash ashore during the course of the day.

Nos quedamos una noche porque íbamos en tránsito a otra isla......las habitaciones olían a humedad, sensación terrible.
Es un cuatro estrellas poco recomendable, sobretodo si vas tan lejos.
El four seasons está al lado :)

Fui a este hotel con mi novio mi hermano y su novia y la verdad que nos decepcionó mucho.
Al llegar la playa estaba llena de piedras, difícil de meterse, uno viene hasta Seychelles para poder disfrutar de la playa.
La calidad de la comida es mala, la atención, salvo algunas excepciones , también es mala, puede pasarte que justo donde está el hotel la playa sea mala pero deberían compensarlo con otras cosas, y por ser un hotel que debería ser de alta gama dejo mucho que desear.
La última noche decidimos cambiarnos al four seasons.
El hotel no tiene ningún entretenimiento, a las 10:30 muere totalmente, la única opción que tenes es ir a un casino que queda cerca de este. Durante la tarde en la playa y pileta no hay música ni actividades por hacer.
Si vuelvo a Seychelles, no volvería a este hotel.

It is only with feedback from our guests that we are able to improve our service and I really appreciate you taking the time to share such a detailed account of your stay. I regret that you were not better satisfied with your overall experience of our hotel.

I am sorry that our beach and entertainment schedule did not live up to your expectations. Our location, in the south of the island, is far more exclusive than some of the more populated, busier areas in the North - and while there may not be as many outside dining and entertainment options, our beaches are generally much quieter and the area is more peaceful. Most of the guests who choose to stay at Kempinski Seychelles Resort Baie Lazare choose to stay here precisely because of the peaceful seclusion offered by our hotel. That said, we do have live entertainment every evening until 23:00 at Planters Bar and Lounge.

With regards to the debris you found on the beach, please note that due to the natural currents that occur in the area, some seaweed and coral does get washed ashore from time to time - especially during the months when the southeast trade winds are blowing (May - October). Our dedicated landscaping team cleans the beach each and every morning but, depending on the tides, some natural debris does wash up on the beach during the course of the day.

I was also sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with the level of service and the quality of food that you experienced at our dining outlets. The training and re-training of staff is an on-going process that we will surely revise based on your feedback. I hope that if ever you return to our hotel, you will find these issues have been rectified.

Lo mejor : Habitaciones hermosas. Desayuno buffet fantástico. Lugar muy tranquilo .
Lo malo :Carece de actividades dentro hotel . Sin musica . No es bueno el servicio de comida fuera de desayuno. Pocas opciones . Precios demasiado elevados (por ejemplo u$s 100 hamburguesa papas y gaseosa x persona)

Thank you for taking the time to share such a balanced review of our hotel. I am so glad you enjoyed our beautiful rooms, lavish breakfasts and the peace and quiet of our unique location.

I was disappointed to learn that you were not satisfied with the variety of dining options available at our outlets. The northern side of the island is much busier, with many hotels and restaurants located close together - often in walking distance from one another. Our location, in the south of the island, is far more exclusive - and while there may not be as many outside dining and entertainment options as there are in the north, our beaches are generally much quieter and the area is more peaceful.

That said, there are a handful of restaurants located in Baie Lazare - some of them within walking distance from our hotel. Our Lady in Red is available day and night to assist our guests with restaurant recommendations and bookings, or to arrange a taxi if you wish to venture further afield.

For guests who would prefer to dine in-house, we do recommend our Half Board package, which includes both breakfast and dinner. Based on your feedback, however, we will certainly look into how we can improve our service in our restaurants and expand our menu offerings.

I do hope that one day we can welcome you back to the Seychelles and back to our hotel.
