Thank you for your review in Tripadvisor. We apologize if your stay was not to your expectations as many other comments do not meet your experience described.
As the occupancy is lower than usual, one part of the buffet was closed to keep food warm and in optimal condition. The variety of food is still high as we display it in smaller trays to keep it fresh. So we have daily 2 types of meat, 2 types of fish, garnish and variety of rice. Plus, we make daily fresh pizza and pasta, made by italian cooks.
Regarding cleanliness, and because of the pandemic, we have reduced the frequency of cleaning to every 2nd day to avoid contact between cleaning staff and guests. However, we always offer our guests to change it to every day if they wish by the time of check in. Maybe there was a misunderstanding.
It is a pity that you have not contacted us during your stay the issues with noises, we did not have any complaints about it during your stay, and it was pretty quiet in the surroundings since most of the hotels are still closed and there is a curfew in Gran Canaria during the night, so we are very surprised to read that you heard noise at all hours.
