Read the description of the property VERY carefully. There is no beach at all whatsoever. None. The no refund policy is very clearly stated, so do not be fooled into paying a ton of money like we did and then have to rent a car to drive to a beach. After we had already booked I started seeing the reviews about there being no beach. I figured we would just sit in the chairs on the sea wall and then go into the water when we wanted. No such luck. If there are ANY waves, you can't go into the ocean at all because it is so rocky that you will just get thrashed against the rocks. Rent a place inland for a quarter of the price instead and drive to a beach like you will have to do if you stay here.
The unit itself is tired, the vanities in both bathrooms are chipping and need to be replaced. For that much money things should really be perfect. If this place were $250/night and had an accurate listing description - no beach, can't swim in the ocean here it would get a 5 star rating. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of cookware and dishes. It was really the only positive. The hotel next door was under construction the whole time we were there as well and we were woken every morning except Sunday by construction noise. It was absurdly expensive for a place where you cannot swim and there is zero beach.

Hi, if you are looking to take strolls on the beach and an updated unit I would look elsewhere. The units was clean and the area is safe but we were anticipating a better location and updated condo.

This was our 12th visit to Grand Cayman and have stayed at many properties on 7 mile beach. This was probably the worst property that we stayed at in our many times to the island
Owner seemed annoyed that we booked through VRBO rather than directly with them
Misinformation given to us through VRBO included no passcode for the lock on the entrance door to the unit, no beach, incorrect Wi-Fi passcode, icemaker did not work in the refrigerator, air-conditioning unit serviced while we were there without any prior notification that the service man was coming or authorized to enter the unit.
Pool water was cold.The “hot” tub was unheated.
One positive was that the security guards were very helpful and friendly. They were very effective at keeping the day trippers and the cruisers from entering the property. The other positive was that the cleaning staff were very helpful with our check-in and checkout process.

This property is perfect for a family with children or a couple looking to have a spectacular getaway. The ocean and sunset views are just right. The only downside is the lack of beach, but walking pass the Coral Beach Grill (to the right of the property,) will make all your troubles disappear!! ❤️ We WILL definitely return. Oh and Carol (our host) was available and helpful when needed. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s!

It is conviently located next to the Marriott which has a good food options and restaurants across the street. Not to mention the property is oceanfront in your backyard.

So fortunate to have wonderful family vacation time at Regal Beach Club. Perfect location close to several incredible restaurants and just a short walk to Camana Bay.
We played Pickleball every morning and then cooled off and enjoyed the amazing water all afternoon long.
Sadly almost no beach left but we are floated, swam and paddle-boarded up and down the coast. If we really wanted to play in the sand it was only 40-50 feet away.

The condo was clean and well-appointed and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and walking distance to Camana Bay. Plenty of pool and beach toys to keep the little one entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

The overall experience at this location was nothin...
The overall experience at this location was nothing less than fantastic. The property was perfectly located and the place was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. My wife and I went with some friends of ours, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this location. There are multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance, but did find it quite nice to have rented a car. This granted us the opportunity to visit most of the island, and go to various different beaches. The water was crystal clear, making it a prime destination for snorkeling. The only disappointing part was the lack of beach at this location. There is a retaining wall that leads directly to the ocean, but there is virtually no beach and it’s pretty rocky so I reccomended brining some sort of water shoes if you plan to spend much time in the water. We were able to book the stingray encounter in addition to visiting the local caves. Both were a must see adding to the experience of this trip. The island felt incredibly safe, and would highly reccomended this for all couples but especially those with kids or families.
