Overall the experience at  the buena vida condo was really good. The condo is located really close to Playa del Carmen but is private enough to have your own beach club away from the crowds. The beachclub had really good breakfasts and drinks at a fair price. The pool is the Best of Mareazul, is large and is never crowded. The condo is really big, the rooms are well maintained and the kitchen has all the appliances you may need to  cook. The service from the concierge was also  excellent. The only thing I didnt like is that the couch from the living room is full of stains, is really dirty   and so is the carpet and the fact that I asked for a pack-n-play and when they gave it to me it was really dirty and I had to clean it.Everything else was really well maintained. The view and jacuzzi was amazing.

I stayed with my family of six at this rental and we had a fantastic time. The rooms were spacious, modern and well maintained (the TV, wifi, appliances all worked!) and the grounds of the resort were clean and beautiful, The pool and beach were great. THe pictures on the website don't do it justice. The management team (Deborah in particular) was responsive and professional and helpful in arranging things to do. While the resort lacks the "action" at some of the "all-inclusive" resorts, it was perfect for our family and we were only minutes away from Playa Del Carmen's downtown area.

Buena Vida was absolutely perfect. The house and the grounds were better than advertised. Mare Azul is amazingly maintained and the staff are very friendly. The beach is the best in Playa and chairs are always available. This is the perfect place for privacy and luxury and we plan to come back next year. Our teenaged daughters loved 5th avenue and it is avery short cab ride away. Nothing but good things to say. We will be back.

Staying at this condo was a nice change for the all Inclusive resorts. We stayed here in January and resort was quiet. Condo was clean and had everything we need. Beach in front is very nice. Restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch after that you are on you own food and Beverage. I would recommend renting a car if you are staying here to get groceries, run into town for meals and do day trips. Without a car you are 15 USD each way to Playa.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo to anyone! It is a beautiful facility and very clean. The only recommendation would be more dining options. The snack bar at the pool closes at 5pm each day. The grounds are well kept and the pool and beach are perfection.

My husband and I really enjoyed our trip to Playa! Buena Vida had an amazing beach, impeccable service, and beautiful pools for our relaxing get-away. We were very close to the senotes for snorkeling, Playa's main street for dinner reservations, and a short walk to the most gorgeous beaches in Mexico. I can't wait to return! I highly reccommend Buena Vida!
