Modern en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Prima ligging t.o.v station, centrum en goede restaurants. Goede tips en ondersteuning van Rossana. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Rossana, the hostess, is really nice and was very helpful both before and during the stay. Booking went smoothly and the check-in was flexibel with respect to our arrival time. The house is centrally located with many stores and restaurants nearby. Cagliari station and also a bigger super market can be reached within a 10-15 minutes walk. The apartment itself is modern, clean and all in all well represented by the pictures. In the morning hours it might get a bit noisy, but overall we had a really enjoyable stay in Ca`de Ross!

Propriétaire indélicat qui n'a pas eu la politesse, de respect vis à vis de ses futurs locataires de nous informer que l'appartement situé sur le même palier que celui en location était en complète rénovation. Coups de marteau, de burin, de perceuse (à partir de 8 h 30) ... ont accompagné tout notre séjour à CAGLIARI. Malgré nos contacts avec le proprio qui nous a dit ne rien pouvoir faire. Sauf... que 2 jours de répit (samedi et dimanche ) nous seraient accordés. Les mots nous manquent pour qualifier l'attitude de ce propriétaire malhonnête (à part recevoir le paiement) Les vacances tant attendus se sont transformés en cauchemar. Nous n'avions qu'une hâte : RENTRER... Manque dans les équipements : INTERNET et machine à laver

Rosanna is amazing...very responsive both before and during the stay. The apartment is close to Yenne which has many restaurants, etc. A few recommendations: 1) find way to get wifi; the apartment does not have it(which we knew) but it was tough without it 2)if you plan to cook, know that you will need to get even the basics ...spices, olive oil, etc. which can end up costing more than just going out. 3) the grocery just up the hill is perfect for drinks and snacks 4) d'marco bakery is just down the street- perfect way to start the day. It can be a little noisy in the morning hours but the bed is comfortable and we had a fantastic stay overall!

Zentral, günstig, gut und modern in Mitten von Cagliari City! So würde ich unseren aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung beschreiben. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und verfügt über alle komfortablen Extras wie Klimaanlage, Fahrstuhl und Balkon. Lediglich der Lärm Morgens hat gestört. Rossana (Besitzerin) ist eine sehr liebenswerte Person. Die Wohnung ist circa 500 Meter vom altstadt-Zentrum entfernt. In der Strasse befinden sich genug Lebensmittel Läden, Bäckerein und übrigens die besten Insider Restaurants (keine Touristen!), die man in Cagliari haben kann. Der Bus ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Entfernung zum Poetto Srand liegt bei circa 30 Minuten. Wir würden wieder kommen!

The first thing that struck us when we were in the process of booking was the friendliness of the hostess, Rossana. Although we did not meet her in person, she communicated with us very well before our stay and made sure everything was OK throughout. Marcia, Rossana's sister was in Cagliari to welcome us and was very pleasant to deal with. She made sure to let us know she was available at any point if we needed anything. One of the reasons we selected Ca' De Ross were the prompt answers to our questions and the flexibility in terms of when we could check in. We were therefore relieved of the stress of finding a place to stay after a flight. Seeing the apartment was another great experience. Natural light and flowing air define this spacious accommodation, the pictures are a true reflection of what the place actually looks like; we got what we expected. The kitchen and living room are splendid, and the bedroom is well appointed. The apartment comes equipped with modern appliances, cutlery and cookware. Not to mention the cleanliness; the apartment was very well taken care of and in a very good state. The balcony is quite small, however its size was not an issue for us. The apartment is located on the fifth floor, which you can get to by lift. I cannot stress enough the convenience of the location. The bus and train station, seaside and numerous restaurants and are located nearby. Several ancient ruins, large churches and the old Castella for which the city is named are also a short distance away. The heat of the day made having our residence so close a fine asset for a brief siesta after sightseeing. In short: we had an all round lovely stay in Cagliari and Ca' de Ross.
