Comfort and Location
Our family and friends of 6 adults found the location perfect! Situated in the heart of a pedestrian area with cafes, restaurants and shopping just steps from your door. Easy walking to buses, trolleys and trains. Santa Justa Elevador just a couple blocks away. Because of this great location you should expect some noise; however, the double-paned window doors helped some. A couple evenings the restaurant below turned up the music as they were closed and cleaning up. We asked if they could turn the music down and it was immediately quiet. We found the apartment comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed for preparing any meals from pots, pans, utensils for every need, dishes, and glasses. Plenty of towels and linens. Soap provided for dishwasher, washing machine and showers. A/C worked wonderfully. Water pressure very good. Lots of hot water, but we didn't shower more than one shower at a time. It's an older building so expect older characteristics--occasionally hear upstairs movement. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Ana was available to us the entire time. Awesome service and help. When we come back to Lisboa, we would stay here again!

Amazing…no need to keep researching a place in Lisbon. Stay here!
This is the place to stay in Lisbon…the staff is amazing, Antonio met us to make sure we were comfortable and all of our questions were answered.
The place is clean, well located and comfortable. We operate 5 vacation rentals in US and serve 100’s of visitors….so I can tell you to stop researching and book this property.
I will return and stay here. Nothing like traveling with the confidence of knowing you have a great place to stay upon arrival.

Perfeito e podemos trazer nosso amigo de 4 patas
Apartamento num prédio histórico, com decoração moderna e requintada. Situado numa rua com restaurante de comida tradicional, mercearias e comercio. Perfeito para conhecer a cidade e chegar a pé a locais de interesse

Delightful apartment with a perfect location for the city
We spent a week in the apartment (family of 4). The apartment is well apointed and very comfortable. The location is perfect for sight seeing in the city - Alfama, Baixa, Bairro Alto, Chiado, the river front are all walking distance away. We loved the watching the city life on the pedestrian street below from the balconies.
LV Premier were great, check in was quick and easy.

Great location.
Very spacious apartment in a great location near many of Lisbon’s attractions. The apartment was very equipped with needed items. The only downside was that we had to wait while to be let in by the person with the keys.

Top Lage, schöne Wohnung
Super gelegen in der Altstadt, zu Fuß fast alles zu erreichen, Metro in der Nähe. Wohnung modern eingerichtet, alles da was wir brauchten. Bäder renoviert. Gute Matratzen in den Betten.

Beautiful apartment
This apartment was clean, well decorated and a great location. The staff were very helpful and even came out to fix a problem with the internet. Would highly recommend and would stay there again in a minute.

Great Location
Well located apartment in the center of the old town. Restaurants and sights just a few minutes walk away.
Cozy apartment, well equipped and very clean.
Check in and check out without problems and very nice personal.

appartamento centralissimo e molto comodo per due famiglie
La casa è molto carina, dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita e comoda. la signora Rosa ci ha accolto con cordialità ed è stata disponibile a fornirci suggerimenti durante il nostro soggiorno attraverso messaggi whatsapp e ci ha prenotato un taxi per andare in aeroporto.
