2nd year in a row down and already booked for #3. Awesome place to stay. All the amenities one could ask for. We cannot wait for our stay next year. The Villa is amazing and makes you feel relaxed as soon as you come thru the doors.
Owners are so easy to work with and Michel, property manager is so accommodating.
See you in 2024!

This house has everything you need for a fun relaxing vacation. Beautiful panoramic views, clean calm water and beach! The design and flow of the property is amazing with the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor living space.

The villa is excellent with very well thought out design, provisions, and features that lead to comfort and top of the line stay! Michel was an excellent manager and responded to every request and question quickly and thoroughly. 5 couples with plenty of room.
Her suggestions of activities and restaurants was excellent and always spot on.
Al Porto was excellent for dinner and then later for take-out pizza.
Hemingway's in town for dinner was one of the best Caribbean restaurants we have ever eaten at with outstanding service.
We did the Extreme Navigation with Adventure Antigua, and it was a great day.
Cannot say enough about this property and its management.

Rarely does the experience exceed the listing's expectations but this property is just perfect. The contact for the house was fantastic and super responsive. The chef for the house was magical and not only cooked but also cleaned up and served. She even took the time to show us the best supermarkets and liquor stores outside of Jolly Harbour. We were there for a week, and the chef prepared six different meals of all types (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). We were celebrating a milestone birthday, and she arranged for a birthday cake based on my specifications.
Just a great experience all around.

Amazing property!! Pictures don't do it justice!! You will NOT be disappointed with your stay here or the very secure and secluded neighborhood. We preferred to stay mostly at the house vs trekking out. Road conditions and traffic were especially bad when we were on the island with some much needed construction. Nice grocery store just at the entrance into Jolly Harbor as well as a great smoothie/food truck. You will not regret booking this property!!

Our stay at Cool House exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect but highly recommend renting golf carts to get around the area. The house manager, Michal, was great and had the kitchen stocked for us upon arrival. She was available during our stay when we had questions or needed help. Michal also arranged a private chef for our group, and her food was incredible! Her name was Sira. Overall, the property was very clean and actually feels more open than the pictures indicate. The private beach is steps from the pool and there are some areas around the cove for snorkeling but the visibility is a little better as you explore around the other side of the cove from the house. The grocery store down the street had a wide selection of food, snacks, and beer/wine/liquor. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and just wish we could have stayed a little longer, so if you are considering extending your trip when making plans, you will not be disappointed. We plan on returning again in the future!

My family has been coming to Antigua for more than...
My family has been coming to Antigua for more than 30 years and my nephew, who is 23, summed it up perfectly, “this is the best place we have stayed”. From the booking process to the checkout process everything was seamless. Thank you to Thomas and Benedict. And thank you to Michel who was amazing as well.
We utilize the kitchen and do all of our cooking. My husband, who does all the cooking, said that the kitchen had all the amenities he needed.
The Bedrooms and space were great, so, you can be together or have privacy (there were 6 of us). The beach and pool felt so private that it felt like we were alone on the island. The ocean toys were a plus, as was the pool table. The layout of the house was the best we have seen in a Jolly Harbour villa, and we have seen more than our share. The creme de la creme were the electric screens. With a touch of a button, the mosquitos were an afterthought. Brilliant design.
We have already booked for next year and cannot wait!!
