La villa es perfecta, con todos los accesorios necesarios que puedas imaginar y más. Lo peor es el servicio de los intermediarios (Koen), hemos tenido varios problemas y ni se dignan a contestar al teléfono. Además, el servicio de limpieza es malísimo, hemos tenido que hacer una limpieza completa de todos los electrodomésticos y de los filtros de AC, completamente obstruidos por el polvo, lo cual es un peligro en esta situación de coronavirus.

Huset i sig är fint, dock beläget långt från havet och på fel sida motorvägen. Badrummen skulle behöva renoveras och är ganska ofräscha. Färgen spricker och det saknas lås på samtliga toaletter. Det saknas också solskydd och parasoller, vilket för det omöjligt att utnyttja uteplatserna vid sol, ens till frukost. MEN...om ni tittar på detta huset och jämför med alla andra på gatan så har ALLA andra hus galler framför förutser och dörrar. Och detta av ett skäl. När vi hyrde huset tog sig en inbrottstjuv in på natten NÄR VI SOV!!! Hen länsade hela övervåningen på värdesaker. Då vi ringde ägarens ansvarig på plats sade han; "What do you want me to do about it?" Resten av veckan gick till att vänta på poliser och låssmeder som inte dök upp. Vi fick alltså sova i ett hus, med fyra barn, utan några som helst lås. Och när vi tar upp detta med ansvarig säger hon; "This is Spain". Och om detta är Spanien, så tycker jag man ska undvika att åka dit! La Zenia är ett bedagat tivoli, fullständigt överbefolkat och helt ocharmigt, så om ni ska till Spanien, välj ett helt annat ställe och definitivt inte detta huset! Ägaren har inte återkommit eller erbjudit sig att återbetala så mycket som en krona efter semestern, trots att det som hände helt och hållet beror på hans försumlighet. Således obefintlig service, obefintlig säkerhet och på tok för dyrt för vad det är!

Una casa genial. Repetiría. Estuvimos 4 adultos y un bebé y perfectamente. Totalmente equipada. Fácil llegada. Es mejor la casa en realidad que en las fotos. Totalmente equipada. Todo lo que puedas imaginar.

Nous avons passer 12 jours dans cette villa jolie mais mal agencée.De plus la piscine est beaucoup trop petite pour une villa 12personnes sinon le quartier est chic la villa se trouve un peu loin de la mer .par contre pas d'animation le soir dans la ville nous avons du aller à torrevieja.en résumé nous avons passer de bonnes vacances car nous ne sommes pas rester dans la villa... mais beaucoup trop cher pour se que c'est.

A splendid house where there was enough space for us all! Everything was perfectly in order and all accomodations were available. It was spic and span, including the pool. Everything you needed was closeby: supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, etc We made several trips to Torrevieja, Cartagena, Murcia, etc. Several nice beaches were nearby The area where the house is located was quiet and peaceful. A dream holiday!

We stayed with our children (16 and 17 years) during the Christmas and New Years period in this villa. The holiday home was fully in line with our expectations. Everything is also effective and the service we received from the owner was excellent. The house is spacious and the large terrace with a view to the sea is very pleasant. Everything is nearby: at the end of the street there is a supermarket (DIALPRIX), several restaurants within walking distance and do not forget the beautiful shopping center LA ZENIA BOULEVAR. The beach is 5 minutes by car but we as fervent hikers usually dit this on foot (25 minutes). We have also been pleasantly surprised by the weather during this winter period. All day sun and over 20 ° C. Even in this period we have enjoyed our breakfast outside on the terrace. We have also set the villa for the next Christmas season. Highly recommended

El chalet es bonito y está muy bien equipada. Está ubicada en una zona tranquila y muy cerca de la playa, supermercado, restaurantes, campo de golf y del centro comercial Zenia. El único inconveniente fue la limitación de potencia eléctrica que tiene la casa y cuando se encendía al mismo tiempo todos los equipos de aire acondicionado y la cocina se caía el termomagnetico principal, pero es un problema que ya el dueño Peter estaba solucionando con su proveedor de servicio. La pasamos muy bien.

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa is very modern and well equipped. We were 12 people but the house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The bedrooms are bright, good quality beds and well laid out with plenty of space. The terrace was really good with a comfortable outdoor lounge and an easy to use barbecue. On the day of arrival there was someone there to show us around and to give us some instructions about the house. Peter, the owner, was very helpful and the booking of the house was really easy to do. We really enjoyed staying at Los Dolses 769 and we would definitely recommend this villa!

I booked this Villa through holidaylettings, and having always used a friends Villa in the area before I was rather nervous about the whole process. However Peter the owner was fantastic, he answered all my questions promptly and was incredibly helpful. He made the whole process really easy. Having stayed on this street before for many years we found the Villa straight away and it looks far bigger than it does in the picture. There are several flights of steps up to the Villa itself from the road if that's where you get dropped off as It's actually the 'back' of the Villa. You will come up the stairs into the garden and then take another 2 flights of stairs to the large top terrace which has patio doors leading to the living area. It's far easier to get dropped off at the back of the Villa as there is just one small set of stairs from there to the front door. We were to be greeted at the Villa by the housekeeper and Peter asked us to ring her when we arrived at the airport which we did, but having decided to get a taxi instead of hiring a car this year we would be arriving at the Villa an hour earlier than she expected! However she was very gracious and allowed us to come in and showed us around giving us all the information we would need throughout our stay, alarm code for the door and told us to ring if we needed any help. We therefore found that the beds hadn't been made up for us and that the floor on the terrace and the living area were in need of a good brush but we totally accept that was our fault on arriving early and so did not mind at all. The pictures really do not do this Villa justice at all! The living area is large, with a new leather corner sofa. A dining area for 6 and a tv, dvd player etc. fax machine, printer and lots of dvds etc. The kitchen is large and has everything you could possibly need. Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, cooker, fab dolce gusto coffee machine and a selection of coffees! All the cooking utensils you would need, including children's plates and bowls etc and cool boxes for the beach. Ironing board and iron. The owner really has thought of everything. There is a bathroom on the upper level and downstairs leads to four large bedrooms, one double bedroom, one double with en suite and patio and one large twin room with en- suite and patio leading to the garden - this is a really lovely room and far more spacious than the picture shows.The childrens' bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and enough toys and games to keep the little ones amused. A really great touch. There were also plenty of towels and beach towels,and extra bedding if you needed it. Which we didn't it was so hot - the air conditioning was in most rooms including the bathrooms. I agree with the previous review - the bathrooms are a great point, large spacious with walk in showers and tiled throughout,and large mirrors. Everything you needed and a nice bath if you wanted a soak in the main family bathroom. As I said earlier the living area leads onto a large terrace which has sea views. A large table and chairs to seat six and wicker garden furniture - it was lovely with lighting you could put on at night and sit out in the warm. It's one of the Villas best features and we all enjoyed sitting out there.There was a bbq but we didn't use it. Garden area was pretty but small,and there was a small area for seating around the pool, probably only enough for three though.The owner provided seats and loungers and enough pool toys in the underground garage to keep our daughter amused! The pool was great, a little smaller than we are used too but plenty big enough for us to enjoy. It has steps as well as the stepladder leading into the pool which was good - as I found the stepladder a bit 'shaky'. A poolman and gardener came in twice while we stayed to keep the area maintained. The Villa is a short walk to the LaFuente C.C and Villamartin plaza and probably a half hour walk to the fantastic Zenia Boulevard which wasn't quite open last time we visited. It was a great addition to the holiday we had some great meals there and our daughter loved all the activities such as the bowling, drive along animals and play area, lots of entertainmeant at night and had a fantastic atmosphere!. Sad to see the decline of the Los Dolses commecial centre which is the closest to the Villa though.It looks so run down now it's such a shame as Rollos, Hellies and Cornish pride are always good for a quick coffee and it's nice to see they are still there, as is G&T's bar which has had the same lovely bloke running it for years, - again it doesn't look much but its a favourite of the locals and always nice to have a quick cheap drink on the way to the plaza. The Chinese and Indian are still going strong and we have had some lovely meals there in th past. There is also a new Chinese opened on the back which we didn't try. But the Italian restaurant at the Rioja commercial centre opposite is still going strong and is highly recommended! Large supermarket at the Los Dolses commercial centre too selling everything - its been redone since we ere last there and has great meat, deli and fish counters. Would certainly recommended this Villa, but be wary if you have elderly or very young due to the steps otherwise I can't recommend the villa or it's owner highly enough.

Fantastic villa, very clean on arrival inside, but around pool area was very dusty and had leaves on the floor, so we did have to clean it, but other than that everything was spotless. Inside is nicer than it looks on the website, there is a new leather corner sofa in the living area which is lovely, and all the bathrooms are stunningly decorated, all tiled and modern, even air conditioning in some of these. There were loads of towels - more than we needed almost, with some of them being beach towels to take to the beach - very handy. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you needed, and washing machine and dryer were great and easy to use even if the dials were all in Flemish!! The lady who met us gave us directions on using everything - she also warned us about electric going off sometimes when two many appliances were used together - which it did occasionally! Cool box also provided, and a stand to dry clothes for outside. Only needed to turn on trip switch. Outside was good, the terrace out of the living area was lovely, with nice seating and table and chairs, however when we planned to have a barbecue, the gas was empty, and on phoning the owner I was told to go and buy one, I think that was his job. The pool was great - clean, and a man came to clean it twice during our stay, its not huge, but managed to entertain us 4 adults and 6 children for a lot of the week. There were 4 sun beds and a number of light chairs to use by the pool and a table, also an outside shower. Near the pool was a shed containing 2 bikes (locked), 4 beach chairs, and lots of pool inflatables, as well as a body board for the beach. Its best to park around the back of the house rather than the front as seen in the picture, as there are no steps at the back - all those steps are difficult with your cases. The are was great - a car is essential, or I think the holiday would have been very different, its a 10min walk to the nearest amenities - Los Dolses, up a hill. Los Dolses was fine for an English breakfast, but was a run down quiet place at night - not appealing at all. We found Villamartin plaza a really nice environment with a great atmosphere to eat at night, lovely food, even found a waitress that spoke our native welsh!! - not cheap though. We also liked La Zenia Boulevard at night with live entertainment and good food, liked the shopping also. We enjoyed the 10 pin bowling in La Zenia Boulevard. Plenty of supermarkets near by, the nearest was opposite Los Dolses Plaza - Dialprix, the cheapest was the large one in La Zenia Boulevard. Great clean beaches, the largest and closest being La zenia, clean lifeguards on beach, but lots of seaweed in sea. We preffered Playa Flamenca next to it, smaller but less seaweed and it had a kids play area, we parked in the streets leading down to the beaches. Not much restaurants on the beach fronts. We really enjoyed the holiday and would go back again to the same villa.
