We really loved our stay! The host was awesome and communicated very well. We even got to check in a bit early which was so nice after our all night flight. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. It was also very handy to have the washer/dryer so we didn’t have a ton of laundry upon returning home!

This is our 3rd stay here and it is always a charm. This has become a girls trip for my sisters and each time we are pleased with the location and amenities the house has to offer. It is close to the downtown area of Georgetown and less than 15 minutes from the airport. Located center of Great Exuma and Little Exuma. The owner is prompt with responding to questions and provide a wealth of information regarding the island. There are plenty of beach chairs, water toys, a cooler and even a beach wagon. This is the perfect place for the perfect vacation and I will not hesitate making this my oasis for 2025!

Could not even believe the amenities included and the responsiveness of our host. Over the top incredible. We won't stay anywhere else in Exuma! This was our 4th trip and sure, of it's your first trip to Exuma, you will be thrilled about everything. However, it was almost like that first trip again when we walked up to the front and it was all set up for us with chairs and a little carpet and the paddle boards. Then we saw the beach chairs, the wagon, the life vests, even some fishing gear all ready for us!
The house manager, Wayne, even came by to greet us and offer hints to elevate our trip. Extensive notes on beaches and restaurants were in the binder. The ice maker works SO well! Alexa played music for us all week, and the balcony was a perfect place for breakfast or a nighttime wind-down.

It is more remote than other locations. Walking to the closest grocery seemed a little treacherous. We didn’t rent a car but there were 3-4 restaurants within walking distance. The local food is awesome. We couldn’t use the pool but the beach and water toys were great! You must walk over to Jolly Beach!

The unit was exactly as advertised. Spacious, new appliances, well stocked. Very nice view from balcony and great location for town and the airport. Beach right out the door is great for wading and we used the kayak and walked to Jolly Hall beach every day for excercise but really beach out front is just as nice. I would recommend and would go again.
