We had 4 couples and 2 children (2 and 9) in our group. This is a fantastic home with everything we needed. It is in a great and convenient location. We would definitely like to come back to this house when we return

beautiful, well kept house in a fantastic location. beach is perfect, we used the kayaks and the paddle boards!

I wanted something special for a vacation for my family and this was a destination no one had been too. My wife, son, two daughters, my granddaughter and two son in laws all came and spent the week. The house was wonderful, had plenty of room for everyone and the beach was spectactular. We had Paterika stock the house with groceries before we arrived as supplies are not what you can normally get in the states but she did a great job. We had a chef come to the home and cook one night, the food was outstanding but as a precaution the flies stormed the house and we had to have an exterminator come out the next day as that was the only problem we encountered but Norm the property manager did a great job in helping us get rid of them. Tims on the bay was a great place to eat and have drink, I would not recommend Splash as it was overpriced and not very good. We took the water taxi to Stocking Island to feed the stingrays, that was great and took some great pictures but Chat an Chill was not good at all. They did not have a bartender and when he showed up, not drink supplies so we took the taxi back and ended up at Tims on the Bay. Overall great trip just be prepared to relax and live the island life, no one's in a hurry.

The house and location were terrific! We had a few snafus but the property manager took care of them immediately. Exuma, however was a disappointment

We had a fabulous two weeks in Exuma at Belle Mer Cottage. The perfect getaway with family or friends. It's one on the nicest places we've stayed over the years in our time on the island. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We really enjoyed the stunning water and beach literally outside the back door. Belle Mer is situated perfectly on the island for getting to either end and its beach is just beautiful! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious and the kitchen well equipped for cooking in home. We took advantage of the recommendations for in home massage and in home chef. Both were outstanding! If we have the opportunity to return, we’d definitely stay in this home again.

The property is clean, modern, spacious, and comfo...
The property is clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. We have stayed at this property several times, and it never shows any wear or tear. The house comes with everything you would ever want or need, including masks/snorkels (good reefs right off the beach in front) chairs, coolers, paddle boards, kayaks, inflatables, and shovels.
All bedrooms are comfortable. All bathrooms are clean. We can't wait to come back!
